Experience of cooking an authentic paella of Valencian and enjoying the pleasures of our gastronomy in a sea of sensations. Set in a typical Valencian farmhouse in a large, pleasant and truly memorable setting.This wonderful location is ideal for a unique experience. Enjoy the Mediterranean light, the Natural Park of Albufera, which is immersed in a vast wealth of rice paddies. There you will find "La casa del Riuet", the perfect place to enjoy the Valencian countryside.

We’ll meet at the designated point and head to my home, just 30 minutes from Valencia, near the Albufera Natural Park, surrounded by orange groves and rice fields. From the start, we want you to feel at home, enjoying warm hospitality and the joy of cooking together. Time to become real chefs: apron on, spoon in hand, fire lit. With stunning views as our backdrop, you'll learn the secrets of authentic Valencian paella, step by step. While the rice absorbs the flavors, we’ll take a break to enjoy delicious local tapas with wine or soft drinks. This is more than cooking—it’s about sharing, laughing, and discovering the traditions that make paella a celebration. Finally, the best part: savoring your freshly made paella, enjoying every bite with the pride of having cooked it yourself. 5.00The experience was freest because it was a small group and there was more personal attention to all participants. Rafa was indeed a master at his craft and made it fun to learn as well. His assistant Juliana deserves praise too for her attention to the group.

5.00We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Rafa was a very generous and entertaining host. He opens up his beautiful home outside the city to those that want to truly experience the authentic tradition of making paella. While the paella was simmering we enjoyed some wine and tapas - the hummus was delicious. Once we learned how to properly eat paella we got to enjoy our creation with some sangria. Best paella we ever had! Thank you Rafa, Julieta and Arturo - you made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend!
