Channy gave us a grwat inside into the Cambodian kitchen and how to cook it! The good we cooked with the help of Channy was really tasteful. We had a lot of fun and highly recommend this experience. The only thing we think could have been better, cook the main dishes one by one and not all at once, because by the time we ate the main dishes were cold.

We had an amazing time at the cookery class at paper Tiger. Channy was a lovely teacher and showed us everything we needed to know. We had a great time in the market and then cooking and also enjoying our food for our lunch. She also packed up what we hadn’t eaten to share with friends at home. I highly recommend this if you have a few hours to spare in Siem reap. It is a perfect location too in the heart of Pub Street.

We were ahead of our schedule and decided to take a course. We laughed a lot with Chef Channy who in addition to perfect English speaks a little French! The meal we prepared was royal! Best Amok, mango salad and spring rolls we ate! We ate so much that we did not eat in the evening. It was fun and delicious.

A wonderful morning with a small group and our tutor Sinuon learning to cook authentic local dishes and then enjoying the freshly cooked lunch each of us made. After a brief market trip we spent the morning preparing our dishes. All ingredients were organised beautifully presented and we were taught how to prepare the ingredients and spices before cooking. Sinuon was terrific - a fun, patient teacher with a great sense of humour. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful - and the food was beautiful! Highly recommend!

A wonderful evening learning to cook a selection of authentic local dishes and then enjoying the delicious freshly cooked supper we had made. All ingredients were beautifully set out and we were taught how to prepare all the veg and spices before cooking the dishes. Sophecap was a terrific teacher with lots of patience, skill and a sense of fun as we embarked on our culinary adventure. She was knowledgeable, efficient and super helpful. Highly recommend.
