4.00Was a great experience. Chef was great and guided through each step. Recipes were great and we had lots of fun. We had booked for a morning class but the shop was closed when we arrived. Luckily an employee was arriving and rescheduled us for later in the day. Bit inconvenient and should have been informed earlier.

5.00This was truly an outstanding cooking class. We began with a brief tour in the market, where our teacher explained the fruit and vegetable variety. We then started with the food prep for spring rolls, fish amok and bananas with passion fruit. Sinuon was the best teacher, explaining each step with care and a smile. Apart from being fun, food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely go back to Tigre de Papier.

The class started with a visit to the local market, where our instructor explained the ingredients, flavors, and how locals actually use them. That alone was fascinating. The cooking class itself was incredibly well organized and fun. We made fresh spring rolls, fish amok, and banana with passion fruit, and every single dish was outstanding, easily some of the best food I’ve had on this trip. The instructions were clear, the techniques were authentic, and the results were genuinely impressive. Our teacher Sinuon was amazing: warm, funny, and clearly a true professional who loves what she does. She made everyone feel comfortable, answered all our questions, and created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. If you’re in Cambodia and want a real, delicious, and memorable cultural experience, don’t think twice. This class is a must

5.00Really Amazing cooking class! Dynamic and fun lesson. Before cooking, they let you choose the appetizer, one main course, and a dessert that you will then cook. The teacher tells you the ingredients and the quantities, explaining every step, but she lets you cook and prepare. The lesson is about half an hour. Our teacher was Channy, really good and patient person! Really suggested!!
