Our teacher Sinuon was excellent. Walked us through the market explaining all the foods. Then back for our cooking lesson. We each choose 2 dishes, and were guided through preparation and then cooking. Great fun with all the help we needed. Sinuon was attentive fun and informative. A great experience. With a great hone cooked lunch to finish.

We really enjoyed the cooking class and eating our creations after! Sinuon was a fantastic teacher who looked after us well and kept us entertained throughout the class. We would definitely suggest that if you do the morning class that you skip breakfast as the portions are large! We had a lot of fun and would definitely recommend this class.

Dined at Paper Tiger and truly enjoyed the Amok. Blew me away. 3 kinds of amok, what a meal! Flavourful and beautifully presented. As I was paying, I found out about their cooking class. Immediately signed up, and am glad I did. Channy (the chef) is exceptionally patient and so knowledgeable. I was even able to make carrot flowers! Do this with friends, cook an assortment, and enjoy the feast!

Sinuon's Cambodian cooking class was a joyful and enriching experience. We began with a lively visit to the local market, where she introduced us to fresh ingredients and shared insights into daily Cambodian life. Back in the kitchen, her cheerful guidance made learning traditional recipes both fun and easy. The class was a perfect blend of culture, flavour and warm hospitality.

Many THANKS to Sopheap, our chef who gave us a Khmer cooking class. It was amazing. She has a lot of experience, is very smiling, and taught us a lot about local cuisine and customs. She shared her very touching story with us. I highly recommend it. More than 2 hours of cooking for a top result. MUST DO

All three of us loved this morning's cooking class! We started with a quick trip to the market, where the produce was beautifully presented, then we chose the menus we wanted to make together. We even chose different dishes without any problems; everything was very well organised. The execution was top notch! The chef Sinuon is cheerful, full of energy and really good at managing everything without it being long or boring for any of us. The dishes were generous, delicious, and the place is really charming, spacious and bright. We had a great time and really enjoyed the whole experience from start to the end !

What a super fun authentic cooking experience! Channy took us through the market and as we ogled the beautiful dragon fruit, it became part of our meal. She is very knowledgeable and intuitive to each person's involvement. Very good, delicious, delicious meal.
