You may choose to take advantage of a 30 minutes complimentary grocery/liquor store stop during your airport arrival transfer. Vehicles options ranging from sedans, SUVs, Sprinter, and Minibuses are modern and comfortable. You have access to our customer service 24/7.

What To Expect
PLEASE CREATE SEPARATE BOOKING FOR RETURN TRIP. THIS IS FOR ONE WAY ONLY Airport Arrivals: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Once you would have cleared Customs and immigration, please proceed to the exit of the terminal. Your chauffeur will then greet you at the exit of the terminal with your name on a sign. Once in car, You will be offered water, soft drinks or adult beverages depending on the vehicle booked. Your chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. You also have the option to stop to a grocery or liquor store for a 30 minutes complimentary. Because the grocery store stop is not automatic; AT THE TIME OF PICK UP PLEASE ADVISE THE CHAUFFEUR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO STOP AT A STORE. THIS COMPLIMENTARY STORE STOP IS NOT GUARANTEED ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS OR AFTER STORE HOURS OF 8PM MON-SAT and 1PM ON SUNDAYS. Upon arrival to your destination, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle. Cruise Port Pick ups: You will receive an email confirmation outlining the service details. Your chauffeur will greet you at the exit of the terminal main gates with your name on a sign. Once in car, You will be offered water, soft drinks or adult beverages depending on the vehicle booked. Your chauffeur will take a scenic route to your destination. Upon arrival to your destination, the chauffeur will assist you with your luggage and any passengers needing additional care exiting the vehicle. Vehicle Dash Cam Disclosure For the safety and security of all passengers and the vehicle, we would like to inform you that our vehicles are equipped with both front and rear-facing dash cameras. These cameras are installed to enhance the safety measures and to record and capture images during the vehicle's operation. The dash cams are utilized to: Record Video: Both front and rear dash cams continuously record video footage while the vehicle is in operation. Capture Images: In addition to video recording, the cameras also take still pictures intermittently. The recorded footage and images are solely used for safety, security, and incident investigation purposes. Please note that the information gathered by these cameras will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will only be accessed in case of accidents, disputes, or situations requiring investigation. 5.00Marcel was great. Prompt and pleasant. Definitely recommend! The stop at the grocery store is a definite plus, but you only have 30 minutes to shop before they charge you for waiting for you. Cost is $67 every 15 minutes after a half hour, so shop quick!!

5.00Simon's Transport was communicative throughout and had car seats and boosters available for us. They provided the right guidance when asked and were easy to coordinate with upon arrival. I would use them again upon a return to Nassau.

2.00I used this shuttle because it says “ with grocery store stop” I asked the driver to stop and he said he had to check with his boss. They could not accommodate the grocery store stop on the way to the hotel but could come back at a later time … ridiculous. Driver was friendly but could of just used a taxi.

4.00All in all we had a good experience. We had to book them last minute because our usual taxi service wasn’t available, so we were thankful that they were able to pick us up at the airport. The only frustrating thing was we made it clear that we wanted to stop at the grocery store (it said it was included in the rate), but the driver didn’t stop he just took us to the resort. We were looking forward to knocking that out before starting our vacation.

5.00I can’t recommend this enough. The VIP entry was flawless and probably saved us 2 hours. No standing in line with thousands of people in hot humid conditions. We got through the whole entry process, grabbed luggage and into the SUV within 15 minutes. Our driver Dwight was exceptional and knew all the short cuts to get us through rush hour traffic and to our hotel to start enjoying our vacation hours earlier than expected!
