Absheron National Park
Absheron National Park, located at the southeastern tip of the Absheron Peninsula, is a pristine natural reserve offering breathtaking views of the Caspian Sea. Visitors can hike to Shah Dili Island, the easternmost point of the peninsula, and experience the tranquility of being surrounded by endless sea and sky.
Head to Shah Dili Island, known locally as the "Nose of the Eagle". Take a 30-minute walk (2 km) to reach the edge of Shah Dili Island (Shah Spit), where the Caspian Sea stretches endlessly in all directions. Experience the serene isolation and breathtaking views, making it a photographer’s paradise.

A peaceful tour around less touristic areas

5.00I have booked this tour since I am usually also interested to visit less touristic areas to explore local life. In this tour I had a chance to have a walk around sea shore of Caspian Sea in a Absheron National Park which is very unique place due to its location. After that I had a chance to walk around local park with seeing some animals and carpet exposition. Pirallahi island was next in our destination and it was interesting to visit an island in Azerbaijan, it is a very green city. The tour was finished with a visit to Qala town to learn some history about the place and to visit waste art museum. I really enjoyed the tour and I am thankful for my guide Elchin, we had plenty of interesting conversations about Azerbaijan.

5.00I had an amazing time visiting Shahdili and Pirallahi islands! The nature was beautiful and very peaceful. Our guide Sameer was friendly with full of many interesting stories. I recommend Old City Tours, they made everything easy and fun. I will see you next year again 😌
