Lanang picked us up at Bali airport and drove us to Ubud, and he was fantastic from start to finish. Friendly, professional, and a very safe driver, which was exactly what we needed after a long flight. He made the journey smooth and stress-free, and his local knowledge was a real bonus. Highly recommended — we’d happily ride with Lanang again.

Lanang is an excellent driver. He drove us from the airport to Padang Bai from Padang Bai to Sanur then Sanur to the airport - three separate trips. He was punctual. He had to wait for our arrival from a late ferry for over an hour late at night with no complaint. The car was very clean. He’s an excellent, safe driver and a terrific man with plenty of local knowledge. We highly recommend him.

We had great days with our driver Lanang. He told us everything, explained everything and showed us the most beautiful places. We also had a lot of laughs in the car and he also took us to the most delicious and cozy restaurant/bistro ever. Lanang also took many photos to properly capture our memories. I recommend him to everyone!

Super welcome. Lanang was in touch already before we boarded our flight to Bali and waiting for us upon arrival (even with a 3 hour flight delay). Very warm welcome with big smiles and a pleasant ride to the hotel with a lot of conversation, tips for visiting and many many many laughs. The best way to start a holiday.

The service provided was excellent. They were always on time and also waited a long time for us at Arrivals as our plane had a delay and it took us longer to get out of the airport. Lanang and Made were super friendly and nice and contributed to the exceptional Bali experience.
