The only thing I could suggest is you have some other form of drink available for people that do not drink coffee. The coffee drinkers got free coffee and those that don’t drink were thirsty. Yeah, I could have bought my own bottle but the coffee drinker’s could have bought their own coffee as well. And maybe do better on some snacks since people are waking up at 3am to get ready, nothing is open for us to eat, not even the hotels and serving three nasty cookies wasn’t cute. Especially when breakfast was finally served at 9’ish…

Our pilot Pepe is super experienced. We got really close to the pyramids and landed previously back into the wagon. Our coordinator Alejandro is very communicative. It is truly an experience of a lifetime!

We had a fantastic experience. The pickup was easy since they came right to our Airbnb, and using WhatsApp made communication simple. Our driver was kind enough to wait a few extra minutes for us. Barbra (“Barbie”) kept everything well organized. Our flight went long and we landed far away, but the crew tracked us down fast for the champagne toast. The breakfast in the cave was magical and the pyramids were breathtaking. We usually skip the photo packages, but the drone video preview was incredible, so we had to get it. Great value and great memories.

Great experience when already there! Baloon flight is amazing and safe, views are gorgeous! Breakfast in a cave is spectacular and delicious! Pyramids, breathtaking! Why 4 stars then? Terrible communication prior to the event ( not answering phones and emails regarding pickup details) If you don’t mind not really knowing who and when picks you up it is a definitely a 5 stars experience! All in all I would do it again and would recommend it To my friends!

Our tour guide was excellent from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and thoughtful about pacing and details. They brought the history and context to life while keeping the group comfortable and entertained. One of the best guided experiences I’ve had and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone visiting.
