Live a unique experience on a Semi Private tour, up to 6 guests/vehicle. Only local hosts, driving 7 seater 4wd, full A/C, vehicles ,will allow you to relish the 18km (12 miles) rough road route from Kaliviani village to Balos parking lot, which buses or minibuses can’t offer.
We don't hike up to Balos beach but just up to our favorite view point to enjoy the view of Balos from high above and take memorable photos of this magnificent view.
Last stop the Falassarna beach. A 3 hours relaxing stop, where you can enjoy the bright sun on one of the longest sandy beaches on Crete, swim in the crystal clear waters and sunbathe on the reserved - just for you - sunbeds really comfortable with pillows, at the 1st row of the umbrella's. The restaurant and the beach bar is carefully selected and reach our company's specifications.

In case of fire (stage 5) it is not permitted to visit Balos
The tour is offered in private only from the tour provider (no from the brokers)
The tour will be canceled only in case of rain and storms. You'll be offered a different date or a full refund

5.00Absolutely wonderful experience from pickup to drop off! Yiannis was an incredible guide for the day and had so much information to share about Crete and Greece from history to culture to food or even favorite restaurants or places to travel. The beach was also incredible with clear blue water and reserved loungers, along with a very nice lunch right at the beachside restaurant. Definitely recommend this!!

5.00We had a lovely day learning so much about Crete, including interesting cultural facts and tips from our Tour Guide Nick, whilst touring breathtaking scenery. The day trip was perfect, from the excellent communication leading up to the day, to the convenient stops along the way, to the organisation of the beach club and delicious lunch. By the end of the tour we felt we had a better cultural understanding of Crete and its extensive history than if we had tried to do the same itinerary ourselves! Could not recommend enough!

5.00The jeep tour was amazing! First we got to see an amazing view of the ocean in Crete! We also learned a ton about the history of Crete. Then we got to go to the beach, relax; and we’re served coffee and beverages. Finally we got a two course meal which was amazing.

5.00Nasos was incredible. We had a beautiful drive to a scenic place. Picturesque. Then a wonderful afternoon at Falassano beach. We had coffee or beverages served on our sun-beds. Then a 3 hour rest. I swam 2 out the 3 hours. To top it off, he served us an incredible lunch. He was interested in talking with us about Crete, the history and each other. Highly recommend.

5.00Our adventure with Yiannis was a great day! Travel time to Balos and Falassarna was filled with history of Crete and engaging group conversations led by our guide. The view at Balos was amazing, although quick. The time at the beach was well coordinated and the perfect relaxation. Overall, it was a wonderful excursion to explore some parts of Crete!
