5.00This was a great experience from the start. We were greeted by Albert at the port, who transported us in his spotless, very comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. Identifiable by the Gilmore Tours logo. Albert was very knowledgeable about the history of the island, and we had some good convo. Once we arrived, he waited for us to finish and offered to take us nearby for food or shopping, at no additional cost. We however opted to head back to the ship, then visited the beach nearby. Our Bamboo rafting captain Oswin, steered us out and down the Rio Nuevo. During this time it was more shallow than expected, but smooth and enjoyable. Very peaceful, and we spotted quite a few birds. Oswin was very entertaining and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend using Gilmore tours, and if we return will request both gentlemen.

5.00Albert provided me and my daughter with airport pick up and drop off service. He also took us to river rafting and drove us to Devon House in Kingston for ice cream. He is a skilled driver, very professional and friendly. I strongly recommend his service.

5.00The Bamboo River Tour in Ocho Rios was a beautiful and relaxing experience. The scenery was stunning, but what truly made it special was Albert’s amazing service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the tour enjoyable. He even stopped for Oce cream and fresh local fruits. Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

5.00Excellent all the way around! I traveled as a solo woman and felt safe, comfortable, and had such an amazing time! Mr Albert was great from pick up to drop off. He’s even able to accommodate quick pit stops to local restos if you are interested. I ended up taking a nap on my ride back and he played soothing music lol. I had a great time, my raft captain was fun and professional, and I was safe on the road with Mr Albert from start to finish. I’ll be reach out to him directly next time I’m in St Ann’s ☺️

5.00Word would not explain how beautiful this was from my pick up at the Hotel to my drop off ! Big thank you to my Driver Albert . He was phenomenal teaching me Jamaica History as we get to destination, made sure i had the best Juicy Patties in town . RAFTING:Amazing beautiful scenery beautiful experience,beautiful people wonderful massage honestly 1000/1000. I definetly recommend don't even think about not doing this. I think if i did not experienced this my trip wlould have not been the same .

5.00Excellent tour guide, Albert was the best!!! Albert was knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He was very patient and stop at KFC for us to stopping picking Guniep off of the trip for us so we didn’t have to pay! 10/10 Albert was great and so was the Bamboo rafting. The only thing is, they charge extra for the lime massage which would have been too expensive for my family of 5 so we did not do that.

5.00Albert was the best! Forest I thought this was a group tour but I got lucky! He came and picked me up! Made me feel so safe. Explained while driving and made sure my experience was perfect! 5.00My travel crew couldn't agree on any excursion except this one, and we all loved it! Our host was very kind, experienced, and educated us on Jamaican history on the ride over. The RastaCaptain made our bamboo ride fun, smooth, and relaxing. He took tons of photos, which was appreciated, even stopping along the route for food and drinks. This experience is a must do with this team of professionals!
