  Our guide Inder was amazing and took us to all the unimaginable places! As they say “seeing is REALLY believing“ and in reality there no words to describe what we saw on this wonderful and well organized full day tour. Thank you Inder for making our day truly memorable!

  To start, the driver was great, overall cool experience. However, there were definitely holes in the post and advertisement. Several of us on the bus realized a few issues. One, we were told to meet at the Canmore Inn & Suites, upon arrival there were zero signs- zero people ON PREMISES of the Inn that knew of any pickups occurring at their location. So, they were not accommodating at all and told us to even leave their parking lot and park elsewhere- I attempted to contact the travel plan and was unable to reach anyone, no one reached out and no contact. Second issue. The Gondola. I asked a few days before AND the night before for clarification on Gondola tickets- I was assured they were included. Issue 1. The driver had Zero clue what any of us were talking about. We were given 1.5 hours- but the ticket line was an entire HOUR wait- we barely had time to get to the top, enjoy and get back down. I got a text telling me that ‘we are leaving’ and so we hurried even more. 2. False advertising on food/snacks. Originally we booked it for the food/snack options and then I noticed again, the night before, it was NOT included. There were so many holes in the day, I will be requesting a refund on my gondola tickets because it was an additional $112! I was livid. Again, reached out to the travel agency to get information about this and zero response or anything from them. In all- cool places- super disconnected and very unorganized and customer service is lacking. Be sure to ask clear and concise questions and instructions before booking. BEWARE. You will spend a lot of money and time at gondola like we did. We had to do our own trip to enjoy the entire experience

  Inder was a great and patient guide and took us around to see all the sites. We went to Lake Minnewanka, lake louise, emerald and natural bridge among other places along with banff gondola.
