it s a full experience for sight seeing. the driver was very nice and helpful. i would not recommend this tour for someone who wants to spend more then 40-60 min at each stop. it was perfect for us it gave us a wide range of destinations in one day. The driver assisted the group to get Gondola tickets for those who wanted to go up. This made my day because my son really wanted to go up and i was worried he would not get the opportunity.

Jazz, our tour guide was very knowledgeable, even though he's been in this business for less than a year. He ensured we got the best experience. Thanks Jazz!

The tour is misrepresented. It is promoted as a tour to the Banff Gondola (the major reason we chose it), Lake Louise, Emerald Lake and Lake Minniwanka. But when the itinerary arrived a couple days before the trip it showed a total of 9 stops and the cost of the gondola was not included. That was fine except there was not sufficient time scheduled for our tour to do the gondola. Thankfully our wonderful driver contacted whoever organized the tour and managed to get us to the gondola but we had a very short time to do it. Only enough time to buy the expensive tickets and ride up and back. There was no time to see any of the attractions at the top.

Couldn't gondola because it was too late. DE addition, it was not as clear that the tickets were not included. It should have been, and I wasn’t the only one who thought so. I will not be taken back by your organization.
