This was a fun filled all day experience. Lots of variety in the places we visited and experienced. We did not feel rushed and we're given ample time to enjoy each site.

The trip was very relaxing despite the multiple stops. The guide, Inder, was knowledgeable, helpful and security conscious. We were picked on time and were able to go through all the stops without rushing thanks to Inder. I highly recommend the trip for first time goers.

The stops were beautiful and our guide, Inder, was friendly and informative. We recommend the tour with one warning. Viator lists the length of the tour as 8-10 hours. We were picked up in Calgary at 7:30am and did not return until just before 9:00pm, 13 1/2 hours later. Our guide said it was 10 hours without the travel time which was an hour and a half from Calgary to Banff each way. This would have been good to know. We had a lunch stop at noon and the only other opportunity for food was at the gondola stop at 6:00 in the evening. Going up in the gondola, we then had to choose between eating or actually seeing what we each paid almost $100 (Canadian) to see. Had we known, it would not have been an issue as we would have provided for the longer time frame. On the plus side, besides seeing things we would not have known to see on our own, we didn’t have to drive and the tour buses can park in places where space for cars is completely filled. Had we driven to places ourselves we would have been turned away or had to walk half a mile or more from parking to the sight. This in itself is worth every dollar we paid for the tour.

Do NOT trust Viator!!! They gave option to pick up in Canmore yet the tour company Rocky Mountain Tours does not even pick up at that location. We waited for an hour after I called several times wondering where my tour operator was. I was told he was on the way. Never showed up and said they could not come back for us because it would take an hour out of their time. Very very disappointed. Will never use Viator again.
