5.00It’s always a little chaotic at the airport but this time was worse. 30 min wait standing up in heat to get through immigration. I felt faint waiting for car and actually passed out briefly in the car (I’m told) but the driver was clearly scared/worried and treated me well. Aircon on full blast, fastest route avoiding traffic…he could have refused the hassle but he was actually amazing!

5.00If you're looking for taxi transfers in Barbados go to Ward's Tours. I booked a full range of transfers. The service was excellent. I also booked the Arrivals Fast track through Wards Tours skipped past all the queues, and the kept In touch with the Taxi for a smooth transfer.

5.00Kevin was great at keeping in touch with us. Our flight was delayed by over 2 hours and then more delays on arrival. He waited and was in communication with us at all times, which was very reassuring. He then took us to the port for our cruise in good time, and was very polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

5.00Kevin was wonderful! Even with our late arrival (our flight was a bit delayed, and then it took over an hour to collect our bags and go through customs!), we had zero issues. Service was professional, efficient, and the conversation on the way to the hotel was lovely. Planning and coordination was extremely easy, all via messaging on the app. No notes! Highly recommend.
