5.00Kevin did an excellent job communicating and making a seamless pickup for myself and my guest. He was very informative of things to see and do on the island. He even pointed out places to us along our route to the hotel. It was a great experience. He was very professional and friendly. This was top tier service. I loved the led sign with my name. It made me feel very special arriving.

1.00We booked 2 vehicles with this company for arrival to our hotel which was roughly 10-15 minutes away. This cost about $270 round-trip and was much more expensive then getting a taxi or securing transportation once we arrived. Based on this and a misunderstanding with our booking where they didn't even want to wait 1 full hour based on the times we set which was 2 and 2:30 p.m.- one of our friends got left behind. The company noted that times so not really matter as they go by the incoming flight and track it's arrival and that time starts when you land. I did not fully understand that as it related to them waiting complimentary for 1 hour. As well the vehicles were just okay. I would recommend using local for better pricing and potentially nicer vehicles. We were quoted $30 for all 6 of us for a one way trip and mentioned at max you may pay 140-150 for round-trip based on our location.
