After shopping, we’ll head back to the GAB LAB, our modern test kitchen and dining room. First, dive into a fun Sangria-making class. Learn the secrets behind Spain's favorite drink as you mix and sip. Then, taste some seasonal tapas, bursting with flavor. Next, put on your apron for a hands-on paella class. Discover the history and techniques behind this famous dish. Once your masterpiece is complete, enjoy the meal with your new friends and family. To finish, enjoy a delicious Spanish dessert and a farewell toast. We’ll send you home with all the recipes, so you can recreate the experience at home. Don't miss this chance to dive into the flavors of Spain, make new friends, and learn new cooking skills. YaYa was our host and he was terrific! I also want to give a shoutout to the cook who worked behind the scenes. She was great. We had a great group which certainly made the experience that much better. We enjoyed the market trip and the explanations of the different fish. Then, the cleaning and prep of the Paella was a lot of fun. Thanks YaYa for a memorable experience.

We did this the first night we arrived in Barcelona and managed to stay alert and attentive since the class was so engaging. Our chefs Gitai and Alfonso were informative, but also a lot of fun. They also accommodated all sorts of eating and drinking (or not) issues, from gluten free to shellfish free , to no alcohol. We were a group from79 to 14 and we all loved it. and we went back yo the market the next day. Big learn was the fish we found inside the squid while cleaning them.

What a wonderful evening! We went on a Sunday so no market tour but we had the best time anyway. We are a family of four - two teenagers. The staff was knowledgeable, welcoming and fun! We had lovely guests cooking with us. The food & sangria was delicious. Perfect experience and wonderful evening! Would highly recommend - especially as an evening experience!!
