My wife and I always enjoy taking cooking classes. This class in particular was extremely informative, learning new preparation and cooking techniques from our knowledgeable chef. The chef was always positive and engaging. We were able to actually cook and not merely watch. The end results were delicious. We also appreciated the fact that we were emailed the recipes of the dishes we cooked!!

Andreas was an excellent guide for our paella cooking class. He was entertaining and informative. The atmosphere was lively and fun with the other guests. It was a nice group to be part of. I learned how to make paella and I am excited to try out my new skills back home. Andreas mentioned there are other food markets, I do wish the class give us a map of the locations of the other local markets to visit. I am a foodie.

Fantastic experience. I took the 11 am class, my chef Nestor was friendly and shared lots of information about the history of the city, the dishes, and the traditional techniques to prepare them. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful class! Chef Gabriel and his team were fantastic! And the tapas, sangria and paella were absolutely delicious! We didn’t get to make it to the market as it was closed because it was Sunday but we had more time in the kitchen! This was a memorable experience that we will not forget! And we were given recipes to try at home!!!!!

My wife and I just got back from our Paella cooking experience and loved it! Yato (the British skater turned chef) was an excellent host, and kept us all entertained while teaching us the tricks to making lights-out paella! Tell him BOGO when you see him :)
