After shopping, we’ll head back to the GAB LAB, our modern test kitchen and dining room. First, dive into a fun Sangria-making class. Learn the secrets behind Spain's favorite drink as you mix and sip. Then, taste some seasonal tapas, bursting with flavor. Next, put on your apron for a hands-on paella class. Discover the history and techniques behind this famous dish. Once your masterpiece is complete, enjoy the meal with your new friends and family. To finish, enjoy a delicious Spanish dessert and a farewell toast. We’ll send you home with all the recipes, so you can recreate the experience at home. Don't miss this chance to dive into the flavors of Spain, make new friends, and learn new cooking skills. 5.00Had lots of fun and learned so much about Barcelona, Mercat de Boqueria Market, and making sangria, a dessert tart, and paella. Gitai and Mateo were awesome. Everything tasted great, and we have the recipes. Cant wait to make these at home. You won’t regret taking this class.

5.00This is a wonderful night learning how to make sangria and paella with a trained chef in a great setting. Gaitan took us to the market to buy the seafood for the paella then off to the cooking area to learn how to properly cook each type of seafood and how to get the socarrat at the bottom of the pan.

5.00Nestor and Matteo were great! Boqueria was closed but what a fun group activity. Loved getting to know the other members of our group. Learned some great tips and tricks and the whole communal dining thing… Five stars! Nestor also provided some detailed historical background which always puts things in context. The sangria, dessert and liqueur at the end were also great!

5.00What a terrific experience! The event exceeded our expectations which were high given all the great reviews. Our guide/chef, Gitae, was personable, funny, well-informed and gave the night an extra zing. The market visit was amazing treat, and the paella prep and sangria making were excellent. I’ve never eaten better paella. This is a do not miss merits 10 stars.
