The paella cooking class with a market visit, tapas, and sangria was something we’re going to remember do a long time! Andres and Hugo were such great hosts and teachers! We had a blast going to the Mercat de la Boqueria to pick out our seafood. The walk to our cooking location was nice. The tapas were delicious and it was really fun making our own sangria before we made the paella. Our hosts did a great job at explaining how we’d be making the food and our group was also so fun and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this experience for anyone who comes to Barcelona!

This tour is a must when visiting Barcelona. It’s a great gastronomy experience to learn how to make the food that is a staple of Spanish culture. Hugo and Maria were our hosts and the instruction was clear and easy to follow. The market experience was educational and the results were delicious! Now that I am home from my vacation, I look forward to making Sangria, Paella and Tarta de Santiago for my friends!

LOVED THIS. My husband and I had a great time and Matteo was AMAZING. Only suggestion would be to meet at the market instead of the lab especially since we ended up going to a different kitchen after and it was pouring. Again highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an authentic Barcelona experience!

A great class, very nice service. We cut it ourselves, fried it ourselves, boiled it ourselves, and of course ate it ourselves. We had seafood paella but chicken was an option. We had sangrias and grape juice for the kids with tapas. For dessert, a cake of Santiago. Beautiful experience, will recommend. 🙂⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
