The cooking experience was fantastic. Simon was a fun and engaging host. We started with ingredient shopping at the outdoor market followed by Sangria making and interactive hands-on cooking. I would highly recommend this excursion.

Exceeded my expectations! Loved going to the market and learning how to choose the seafood. Then learning how to make sangria while enjoying tapas. And then the ultimate - learning to make paella - all led by the amazing chef Ianto! We went with our kids (in their 20’s) and they loved it too. Learned so much about the history of Spanish food - loved every minute! And Ianto was the absolute best!!

My wife and I can not recommend this opportunity more highly! The tour guides were incredible, the experience in La Boqueria was informative, and the making of paella and sangria with 4 other couples was something we will never forget. From making new friends to learning the nuances of paella and sangria perfection, we delighted in every second of this opportunity. Definite 10/10 from us!

Our chef was very entertaining. We had a good group of people and he got everyone involved. It was fun making and drinking our own Sangria. I can't wait to try and make the cake we had at the end. I appreciate that they sent us the recipes.
