After shopping, we’ll head back to the GAB LAB, our modern test kitchen and dining room. First, dive into a fun Sangria-making class. Learn the secrets behind Spain's favorite drink as you mix and sip. Then, taste some seasonal tapas, bursting with flavor. Next, put on your apron for a hands-on paella class. Discover the history and techniques behind this famous dish. Once your masterpiece is complete, enjoy the meal with your new friends and family. To finish, enjoy a delicious Spanish dessert and a farewell toast. We’ll send you home with all the recipes, so you can recreate the experience at home. Don't miss this chance to dive into the flavors of Spain, make new friends, and learn new cooking skills. BOOK! This was so much fun! I had booked this for my sisters bachelorette trip so there were 7 of us and we had such a blast. The chefs were super accommodating to our allergies, food restrictions and the trip to the market was great especially since we were only in town for a little bit so it was a great way to get a little peak into that. The class itself was amazing and engaging! Food was so delicious! We all genuinely didn’t think we’d love it as much as we did! Chef Gabe and Mathias were amazing!

Fantastic experience shopping at the market, preparing the seafood, then the paella. Also.. the sangria and the almond cake were fantastic! I would highly recommend this to anyone who was to experience authentic paella.

Booked based on reviews on Tripadvisor - and they were not wrong! Would highly recommend you try this. Really good value for money, and it was a really good experience. And Maria was so lovely, she gave me my own dish as I don’t like seafood. We even made a dessert - which we weren’t expecting! A definite must!!
