After shopping, we’ll head back to the GAB LAB, our modern test kitchen and dining room. First, dive into a fun Sangria-making class. Learn the secrets behind Spain's favorite drink as you mix and sip. Then, taste some seasonal tapas, bursting with flavor. Next, put on your apron for a hands-on paella class. Discover the history and techniques behind this famous dish. Once your masterpiece is complete, enjoy the meal with your new friends and family. To finish, enjoy a delicious Spanish dessert and a farewell toast. We’ll send you home with all the recipes, so you can recreate the experience at home. Don't miss this chance to dive into the flavors of Spain, make new friends, and learn new cooking skills. 5.00The Paella class was fantastic! Location was easy to find, just off La Ramblas. Our hosts/teachers, Matteo and Bebe were brilliant. Very welcoming, highly entertaining and super knowledgeable. I’m not much of a cook usually but this was amazing! They offered a chicken alternative for those that don’t like seafood and non-alcoholic Sangria for our son so he could still make his own Sangria as part of the class! The walk down to the market was great, definitely make time in your trip to visit the market, it’s an experience in itself, so many delicious options to try! I would definitely recommend this class/tour to anyone! Thankyou Matteo and Bebe for a great time!!!

5.00We had an amazing experience with Matt. He made our evening very special and we learned so much. If I ever get ill from eating bad seafood it’ll be my own fault because he taught us what to look for at the market. Can’t wait to get home and treat my friends to authentic sangria !

4.00Time well spent! Quiock tour to the market with good explanations. Nicely organized and motivated staff. Food and drinks were really good. You could see that the place was need for the next group so there was a fixed end but all in all a good experience! Would do It again. Next time i would suggest to offer the less tourisitc "montagna i mare" version. Thid would be more local.
