My mom and I had the most amazing experience in this paella cooking class! We first went to the market, and Matteo showed us how to pick the best ingredients where our seafood paella, then we head back to the kitchen and prepared the paella with Maria. We also were able to eat some tapas and almond cake, as well as made our own sangria. Throughout this experience, Mateo walked us through the history of the culinary experience and we learned so much! They also gave us the recipes after so that we can try to re-create the dish at home. It was definitely a must when visiting Spain!
