I really enjoyed the market tour and paella class! I learned a couple of things that allowed me to make a great paella when I returned home. I also loved the sangria and super easy to make cake (la tarta de Santiago) which was delicious! Highly recommended!

Simon was a wonderful host/chef. The class was fun and informative. It was a hands on experience with everyone participating in making sangria and paella. I learned techniques that I will incorporate in my home kitchen. The outcome was delicious. Hats off to Simon and his assistant.

This was an excellent experience! So much fun going to the market, picking the seafood and then preparing it while enjoying delicious sangria. One of the best tours we’ve done over the course of all our travels! And we learned how to make this at home
