Great experience! Amazing class held by Carlo and Edo. Really appreciate the humor and the time that was taken to teach the recipes and how to properly make some amazing dishes. The wine was very much appreciated as well. Thank you to both of the hosts and if you are considering doing a cooking class in Rome, this is the one for you.

This was a phenomenal class with Genevra! We learned fun history facts, we made fettuccine, tiramisu, and ravioli from scratch. Specifically, we did not make the sauce for our pasta but we could pick one of several and we didn’t make the ricotta filling for the ravioli but everything else was fully made from scratch. The class was 3 hours long and then We sat for dinner so the entire experience is a little longer altogether than the 3 hours. Food was amazing, unlimited free wine, and in a good area to walk before or after for entertainment. Thank you! I loved the recipes and will make again at home.

Mersad was an amazing teacher, humorous, considerate, and kind. I would recommend this class to any first timer in Italy. The food turned out delicious, and Mersad was gracious enough to inform us of activities around the area.

I went with my significant other and Mersad was a wonderful host. I'd reccomend anyone to take one of his classes!
