We did many tours on our trip and many were great but this was PERFECT! Marine (?sp) is a gem! Her enthusiasm for cooking and people are both amazing. Truly gifted teacher and made the experience both educational and limitless fun! We had well behaved young children in our group and she treated them like little adults which was the sweet spot for achieving a wonderful meal and memory! Thank you so much, Marine and sorry if I am mangling your name! BOOK THIS NOW!

This experience was only okay. We’ve been to many cooking classes in the past while traveling, and this was my least favorite one so far. It felt more like a demonstration than a cooking class it didn’t feel laid back or organic at all. You do get to assemble your own Tiramisu and you do get to make your own pasta, at the end you get to choose between 4 different sauces for your pasta, you do not get to watch the sauces being made or the pasta being cooked. The pasta get served to you and you get to enjoy it, to us the taste of the sauces were very mediocre and not worth gaining weight for it. We ended up eating very little and saving our stomach for a better meal.

This is one of the best cooking classes I've participated in! Carlo is such a patient and energetic teacher that makes the class entertaining. Making the pasta was a fun way to learn more about the Italian culture and understand how and why it's so important. On top of that, it was easy to understand and follow along with. The tiramisu was my personal favorite part just because it was customizable and I could make it my way. I'm super excited to make these when I get home and really appreciated everything this class and Carlo offered! It's a must when you're in Rome!
