Then dive into the hands-on part: you'll prepare three Italian classics – fresh pasta, filled ravioli, and tiramisù. Each guest has a personal station equipped with a wooden board, apron, and rolling pin. Your pasta will be paired with the most iconic Roman sauces. To finish on a sweet note, create your own tiramisù, customizing the classic recipe with a variety of delicious toppings. After the class, relax in our cozy restaurant or on the outdoor terrace to enjoy your meal. Join our social table, sip wine with new friends, and ask your Chef all the tips and tricks about Italian cuisine. Tomato bruschetta and a second drink are included! We happily accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free guests – just let us know in advance! The restaurant is air-conditioned—cook in cool comfort!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible experience with Chef Edoardo! He taught us how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu, and everything turned out absolutely delicious. His instructions were clear, fun, and easy to follow, and he made the whole class feel warm and welcoming. The service was amazing from start to finish you can truly tell he loves what he does. Highly recommend this cooking class with Chef Edoardo! 🍝✨

Highly recommend! Chef Carlo was excellent. As a solo traveler, I was a bit worried I’d feel out of place but the atmosphere was so welcoming and the instruction was so easy to follow… most importantly fun & yummy!

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing time during this! Vincenzo was funny and his instructions were easy to follow. The food we made tasted delicious in addition to the small bites and drinks provided by the restaurant. A fun experience to learn how to make pasta and tiramisu.

What an enjoyable experience! We started our class being greeted by our Masterchef, Manuella, who offered us a glass of wine or soft drink and homemade chips while waiting for the rest of the class to arrive. We started off making Tiramisu as Manuella explained the proper ingredients to use. We each took turns folding the mixture before heading to our stations to prepare our individual dessert. We sat down to enjoy some bruschetta before moving on to the pasta making. Manuella demonstrated the process and then we proceeded to prepare our dough and run it through the pasta maker several times to stretch the pasta. Once everyone was ready, we learned the correct way to make both fettuccine and ravioli. Everyone's pasta was gathered together. We then sat back and enjoyed some more drinks as we waited for our 3-course meal to be cooked and served so that we could enjoy the fruits of our labor.
