You'll be guided by an English-speaking Chef throughout the experience. Start with a welcome Spritz and our signature homemade cheese & pepper chips. Then dive into the hands-on part: you'll prepare three Italian classics – fresh pasta, filled ravioli, and tiramisù. Each guest has a personal station equipped with a wooden board, apron, and rolling pin. Your pasta will be paired with the most iconic Roman sauces. To finish on a sweet note, create your own tiramisù, customizing the classic recipe with a variety of delicious toppings. After the class, relax in our cozy restaurant or on the outdoor terrace to enjoy your meal. Join our social table, sip wine with new friends, and ask your Chef all the tips and tricks about Italian cuisine. Tomato bruschetta and a second drink are included! We happily accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free guests – just let us know in advance! The restaurant is air-conditioned—cook in cool comfort!

This has been one of the best activities we have completed whilst in Rome. Mersad is an exceptional host and a great instructor. We spent around two hours making two types of Pasta & Tiramisu, before they were served back to us once cooked. I have to say this is great food but come with an empty stomach as you’ll want to eat it all! We only had a party of 4, however the group was small and all felt involved in conversation and drinks. This is a good activity for both couples and friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our evening of learning the techniques of pasta and tiramisu making. Carlos was a great chef who provided lots of tips and information throughout the class. We enjoyed eating the yummy food with fellow travellers. A highlight of our time in Italy

Our chef Mersad (hopefully that is correct) was amazing at teaching and had a great sense of humor. This class was our most favorite part of our honeymoon. The process was fun and the food was great. I would highly recommend!

I gave my partner the pasta-making class as a birthday gift, and it turned out to be a truly wonderful experience. We attended the class on a Sunday morning and had an amazing time. Sonja was a fantastic instructor—full of energy, charm, and passion for teaching pasta-making. We learned a lot, and making the ravioli was especially fun. The other couples were also very friendly, and we enjoyed great conversations throughout the class. The pasta we made tasted delicious, and after 3.5 hours we went home feeling happy and satisfied. Thank you for this lovely experience!
