Tiananmen Square
Meet up your friendly private guide and driver in your hotel lobby at 8:30am. First, will visit the Tiananmen Square where you will see some city landmarks such as National Museum, The Great Hall of the People, the Monument of the People's Heroes, the Chairman Mao's Memorial Hall and etc..
The Palace Museum
After, come to explore the UNESCO-listed sights Forbidden City, see the 600 years Old Royal Palace, visit 24 emperors lived rooms accompanied by your professional guide. Learn about the life of the ancient emperors and the secret stories of the concubines, explore the unknown area such as where is the lost half room from the 9999.5 rooms from the Forbidden City.

Our tour guide, Cathy, Along the way she wove in tons of interesting tidbits of information on history, religion, culture, art and answered any question we asked. She loves her city and led us into an adventure filled with joy and laughter! Book with Meto, request Cathy and you will have an incredible day! She brought great energy, information and fun throughout the day. We toured the Forbidden Palace, went on a rickshaw ride along the river, walked through the summer palace and made dumplings in a Hutong, What a fantastic day! Highly recommend !

5.00We’ve had a wonderful day with our tour guide Lisa. We went to the Forbidden City which Lisa helped explain the history of and was very knowledgeable. The history of it is so interesting and definitely worth the visit. After this we went to make dumplings for lunch. This was so much fun and delicious! They also provided a bunch of other meals and we had way too much food. After lunch we went to the Summer Palace which was beautiful. Overall, I would highly recommend this tour to other foreigners visiting Beijing. Very much a highlight of our trip!

5.00We went on an absolutely fantastic tour with Herbie! He was unbelievably informative, friendly and a delight to be around. We were so grateful for his ability to answer all of our questions. He gave us such an in depth perspective on Chinese history, culture and lifestyle, which we are immensely grateful for! He has truly made us appreciate and understand China in a way we would not have without him. He was also able to offer us many local recommendations that we never would have found on our own. 5.00We had a wonderful day with Cathy! She shared a great historical background with lots of knowledge and information. We learned everything about China and Beijing in only a few hours, saw so much and so many beautiful sights. And also had a fantastic, authentic lunch with the dumplings we made ourselves - very great food and a very special experience. 10/10 with Cathy!!

5.00Such an amazing day. We booked this tour with Kathy for me, my husband and 4 kids age 6-12. I can not say enough good things. We love learning not only about the site but culture and what it is like to be a local. We saw the major sites had one of the most amazing home cooked meals in a locals home, took rickshaw, saw acrobatic show. She was able to answer our million questions keep all of us engaged throughout the day. I feel like it was an amazing representation of so many different cultural and historical aspect of visiting Beijing. I can't say enough good things. If you are looking for a tour you can stop scrolling and just book now.. The van and driver were very safe and clean. It was a wonderful experience! You won't be disappointed

5.00Very energetic tour guide. A lot of must see sights in a short notice while not skimping on information or sights. Make sure not to eat a big breakfast because you'll eat make more dumplings then you can eat. Car was very clean, airconditioned and had water on hand.
