  Had a great time with your guide Aaron today on the tour. Tried some delicious local foods, tasted some rum, and stopped for ice cream at the end. Really enjoyed seeing the city and getting a local perspective. Aaron made the whole experience fun and tasty. Would highly recommend.

  The food was great! Our tour guide was phenomenal and knew so much about the city. We learned a lot during the 2 hours. The rum factory was our favorite — so many delicious flavors! If you want to know about the city and experience some of the food, book this tour!!

  Very informative trip, I learned a lot about Belize and saw different aspects of the city not shown on other tours. The food was amazing, very different flavor than I experience in the US.

  Two hour tour, ideal if you are a solo traveler and/or traveling on a budget. Be sure to book via the Trip Advisor app since they are currently offering $30 off if you book through their app instead of the website. I ended up paying $30. The experience was okay. I took a cruise to Belize so I had to take a tender to arrive to the port, which caused me to be late. I was a bit disappointed none of the tour company staff contacted me before leaving me behind, however another guide was still at the meeting area and was able to drive me in different vehicle to meet up with the rest of the group. It was a small group; 3 people including myself. We were transported in an air conditioned van. The guide conducting the tour was Aaron. He was nice and polite but speaks very fast, so don't be afraid to ask him to repeat what he said if you can't understand him. My lunch was a garnache and bottle water. It tasted great but would have been a nicer experience if I was given more food and if we had eaten inside the restaurant instead of inside the vehicle (he had already bought the food prior to my arrival). At the end of the tour we stopped at an ice cream shop and ate the ice cream inside. While writing this review I noticed another person was also disappointed re: lack of food and the tour manager replied they usually do 3 to 4 food stops and he wasn't sure why Aaron only did two. So if you decide to book make sure you verify you will get at least 3 or 4 stops.

  This tour was incredible, the tour guide taught us so much about the country and Belize City and showed us all different areas of the city. There was plenty of amazing food included and the rum factory tour was a highlight. Shout out to our tour guide Kenton, highly recommend him and this tour!

  Wasn't as expected.The tour guide was very informative about the area giving us a good overview of the country. Drove around different areas and tasted some local food but the van was crowded and hot and not really clean. We were supposed to end with a lunch at a park but instead we ate the food in the van. Of you were sitting in the back you couldn't really hear or see much.

  Must do while in Belize City, especially if you are on a cruise ship. The pick up is just outside the terminal entrance and there is a very short walk to the van. The tour guide and driver, Kenton, was amazing! We got to city the highlights of the city, both the center and residential areas. Also got to sample delicious freshly made and truly local food -- stopped at rum factor and sampled four flavors, followed by fresh coconut water, empanadas, tostadas, tableta (local sweet), and ice cream! Combined, it was a very filling lunch! Kenton definitely was generous with food bites. He is also very knowledgeable and skilled story teller as well as funny. I loved every minute and recommend this tour without any hesitation.
