Firstly, you will meet your guide in Milan and take together an express train ride to Como.
Join a panoramic ferry cruise ride along the lake and immerse yourself in the lake's famous "golden triangle" section and visit Bellagio & Varenna.
Enjoy pre-booked & guaranteed seats during the boat cruise along the lake with prioritary skip-the-line access to the ferry.
Enjoy a lunch in a lake-view restaurant in Bellagio that your guide will suggest to you.
Admire the majestic historical villas of Lake Como during this entertaining day trip.
Take the express train back to Milan with your guide. The tour will finish in Milan's Central Station.

All time for transportation (train, ferry, subway, etc) is already included in the tour duration.
The tour programme & schedule can change for operations reasons (eg train strike, bad weather, force majeure, technical issues of the boat, etc)
At the end of the tour the group will normally take the train from Varenna to return to Milan, but if you wish you can stay in Varenna to spend more time there and take on of the next trains/buses by yourself (we will provide the tickets - this must be comunicated before 13:00 on the day of the tour)
During the summer period, there is a small beach in Varenna if you want to swim a little
The tour is always confirmed in case of rain
In the winter time (November-March) the tour starts 1 hour earlier (7:55 AM meeting point in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and 8:15 meeting point in Central Station), while summer time (Aprile-October) the tour starts 1 hour later (8:55 AM meeting point in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and 9:15 meeting point in Central Station).
It is possible to cancel free of charge only up to 24 hours before the tour, after that term it is not possible to cancel free of charge or modify the booking (for any reason). In order to cancel the booking, you need to do it from your account, please do not text us or call us to cancel the bookings - it can only be done by you personally from your account
If you wish to visit Last Supper on the day of the tour, please book it separately in the early morning or late eveving.

What To Expect
Como
After taking an express first-class train from Milan to Lake Como, you will take a walk in Como City with your guide. Como has a long history dated back even before Roman empire, was ruled by multiple Italian, German and Austrian emperors due to its strategic location. You will stop by the Duomo of Como, the last Gothic Duomo built in Italy and the most important religious site of the city. After that, you will join a boat cruise along the lake that will start in Como City.
Villa Olmo
Admire the Alps, film locations & celebrity villas during the lake boat cruise. Start the lake boat cruise from Como City. Firstly, you will be able to admire Villa Olmo and Villa D'Este. Villa Olmo was constructed after Villa d’Este in 18th century with neoclassic design. Its beauty is complemented with extensive and elegant lake front symmetric gardens, sculptures, fountains and immense English garden in the back.

5.00Our first visit to Italy and we couldn’t miss Lake Como. Our travel agent booked this trip and it was perfect! Antonella was our guide and her English was very good - her passion was authentic and she was more like a friend than a tour guide. We took a train from Centrale FS Milano to Como and then the boat ride on the lake to see the beautiful sites of Lake Como. Antonella made sure we got the best seats on the train and boat. The individual radios with ear pieces was very helpful so we could hear her easily. Free time in Bellagio and Varenna. And an enjoyable train ride back from Varenna to Milan. So glad we did this.

5.00I booked this Como/Bellagio/Varenna excursion on Trip Advisor, £125 each, for my Sister’s 70th Birthday ( on the day). We were met at Milan Central train station by the most charming young lady, Antonella. She spoke to our group of 12. I managed to secretly tell her about my plans to make the day as special as possible and she showed great genuine enthusiasm from the start,….. getting the group to sing happy birthday to her! Every step of the journey she took care to get us the best seats, the best views, the best places. We travelled in First Class to Como and had a little ten minute tour of the square and had time for coffee before embarking on our boat, a one and a half hour beautiful trip along the stunning lake to Bellagio. Antonella had advised us to sit downstairs on the left side…. Sure enough, as we went along, people who had been “brave” enough to go outside, came running downstairs for warmth! 🤣 ( February 17th) At Bellagio we would have a casual two hours to lunch and then wander before getting the ferry to Varenna. I told her that my sister is vegetarian and showed her I had brought numbered candles in the hope of doing a kind of “cake”🎂…. She immediately, eyes glinting, assured me she had a plan. While she seated the group at a nice place to eat, she told them simply she was taking us to a “vegetarian “ place….. and walked us to the most beautiful restaurant, with stunning lake views! White table cloths and finer dining. She winked and we sat my Sister down while she “showed me the toilets”…. Then we went to speak to the head waiter, who was immediately on board….. Result…… after our fabulous meal he brought in a tiramisu with my candles in, and an added special candle! …. Antonella had returned and joined the waiters, and the whole restaurant in singing Happy Birthday. It was very special for her. Thank you Antonella, you are such a beautiful person with a very genuine big heart.❤️ The end of the trip was a lovely visit to Varenna, time to enjoy a gelato by the lake, then we were escorted to the train station, and safely back to Milan. 8am-6pm…… what an amazing day. Absolutely well worth the money, will never forget it. Thank you!!!!🤩

5.00Our tour guide, Antonella, was spectacular! We had mapping issues that caused us to miss the first train ride. Antonella escorted the other guest according to the schedule (of course) but she messaged us to let us know how to catch up with them, told us the next train time, and even found a driver in Como who met us and prepared to get us to the dock. This recovery for our situation was absolutely wonderful. And when we got there she was happy, pleasant, kind, enjoyable and knowledgeable. The tour was great but our favorite parts were Varenna (very cute and quaint), the boat ride down Lake Como with Antonella’s history and info share, and our fun tour guide, Antonella. Thanks for helping us catch up and making the experience special Antonella.

5.00Such great communication about the meeting, location, transportation to/from and about the lake, and always kept us together! From before the tour even happened, we received such great communication about the meeting point/time (with photos) and a direct phone number for our guide, Elma. She took such great care of us, making sure to keep my group of 10-12 people together throughout the day, while being so friendly I’m teaching us the history of the lake, the villas, and all of the villages. Even in a crisis situation when one of the members of our group got something stolen by a pickpocket, our guide was there to calmly walk them through the process of going to the police and getting replacement documentation. This was an amazing tour with great stops throughout the day, but what was really amazing was how Elma looked out for us.
