Initially it was bit of hassle coordinating with the tour guide but i understand its an overwhelming business. Once he picked me, the whole tour was very smooth. I really appreciate how Jorge was so patient and gave us enough time to explore for each stop.

I had an absolutely fabulous day with Jorge! He was very willing to customize (and even extend the tour with an additional hike, but my schedule didn't allow it) since this was a private tour. He has many ideas for hikes, and even brought a drone during the hikes to capture fabulous videos of me and the surrounding scenery. It was a great pleasure to spend the day with him!

This was an amazing tour! Jorge was an excellent guide; very knowledgeable and thoughtful. He took tons of photos and videos and even brought a drone for some incredible shots. We ate delicious local food, went on a great hike to Puerta del Diablo, visited a historical church, and even got surprise access to the bell tower. I also asked him about the local art scene, and he went out of his way to ask around. Because of that, I got to meet two local artists and visit their workspaces. This was truly one of the best tours I’ve ever had, and a big part of that was Jorge. Highly recommend!

Jorge was an amazing guide. He is knowledgeable about the towns, food, and geographical feature along the tour. He is also extremely conscientious: varying the pace of the hike when I needed to, offering sunscreen, water, and bathroom breaks more often than I needed them, and being punctual. He even stopped at a couple museums I was interested in and paid the entry fee for me when they wouldn't accept a credit card and then took me through the museums and dropped me off at my hotel. The views were spectacular, and the food was excellent. You'll be in good hands with Jorge if you pick this tour.

I had the best experience on this private tour hiking to Devils gate with Jorge. Jorge is very personable and assisted me through the hike as a beginner. He also took me to the best cafe before beginning our journey to the first stop at the church. After the hike, we also got to go to a beautiful restaurant that he recommended. Overall, this tour was amazing and made my first trip to El Salvador amazing. !!! Highly recommend this tour. It gives the best views of all of El Salvador with the mountains.
