Great tour but bad support from See Sight Tours

4.00Russ gave a superb tour of Saint John, but See Sight Tours served us very badly with poor communication and bad directions where to meet—that were different from the guide’s instructions! See Sight Tours caused us major anxiety sending us to the wrong place to wait in the cold while precious time ticked away. Russ the guide was told a different address. Why did See Sight arrange for such discomfort and hurt? Very poor start. They were hard to communicate with through Viator. They sent me a useless link to confirm—that led to nothing. So they failed to set things up for the clients. Bad service that hurt the clients and the guide alike.

5.00Russ warms a great tour guide and took us on a nice highlights tour. Only 5 of us on the tour so Russ was able to personalize the tour. Recommended.

3.00First, this review has no effect on the guides we had, Russ and John. They were excellent. However, our five were not together as told we were going to be in a van ,not two cars that were not clean. A far cry from the Mercedes van as promised. But as I said, the tour guides were excellent and knowledgeable.

1.00Vendor asked if we would be able to change our tour from 9am to new time of 1:30pm. We replied that it was not possible due to being on cruise ship. Vendor did not pick us up or other couple at pick up location at 9am. Simply ignored that we did not agree to be added to the 1:30pm tour. When we called, the vendor tried to get out of providing refund as well, despite the fact that they cancelled the 9am tour and did not communicate that to us.
