Great tour of Saint John highlights w/ Cher

5.00Cher was a kind and very informative tour guide of Saint John. It was suppose to be a small group but ended up being my husband and I .. surprise bonus for us! We visited the City market and had time to walk around and shop, saw the amazing reversing falls rapids, the lovely Rockwood Park ( drove thru a large section of the 2200 acres and stopped to feed the birds ), had our picture taken at the Canadian monument at the park, drove around and saw the city highlights, saw a movie of the history at Carleton Martello Tower( tower currently under refurbishment) and ended at the 506 container ship district in front of cruise terminals. Had a lovely morning with our tour guide Cher!

1.00They over book and change reservation time without contacting. We waited a half hour (1:30) and contacted them they “moved” our booking 4:00. No calls text or email. Finally after many calls, they contact a driver who shows up w his personal car for 5 adult passengers. Not his fault. Horrible management. Stay clear.

5.00There were 4 of us on the tour. Russ was very engaging and interesting especially about Canada. He took us to some wonderful sights including a beautiful park and also took photographs of us during the tour. The best part was he noticed what we were talking about and suggested he change the tour to fit with our interests. Because of this our tour was an hour longer so even better for us.

4.00Russ gave a superb tour of Saint John, but See Sight Tours served us very badly with poor communication and bad directions where to meet—that were different from the guide’s instructions! See Sight Tours caused us major anxiety sending us to the wrong place to wait in the cold while precious time ticked away. Russ the guide was told a different address. Why did See Sight arrange for such discomfort and hurt? Very poor start. They were hard to communicate with through Viator. They sent me a useless link to confirm—that led to nothing. So they failed to set things up for the clients. Bad service that hurt the clients and the guide alike.
