This tour make 3(three) stops and enlightens visitors of life on the island . Firstly we tour the very historical former French and now British town of the island Basseterre, before traveling 10 miles out of the city making stops at Romney manor plantation /batik factory, Brimstonehill fortress, the former British military base of the 17th 18th. century before heading to the south of the island to Timothy’s hill. Wit narration of our history, culture and great photo graphic views

What To Expect
Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park
This tour highlights the best of the island with time at a beach. It includes a very historic tour of the city and travels 10 mines to the brimstone hill fortress and the botanicll garden and rain forest area with a vour guide information of history, ciulture and everything else you need to know. The tour then travels back towards basseterre and into the southeast side of the island and into a beach of choice.
Romney Manor
This is the first operated sugar plantation on the island and is over 400 years old. Formerly owned by Samuel Jefferson, Thomas Jefferson’s great, great, grand father. It is located in the wing field rain forest estate area. In the area is also located the caribelle batik manufacturing company where visitors can view the batik being made. The beautiful botanical garden and the over 400 year old Saman tree.

5.00Tatem was the best tour guide we had during our entire Eastern Caribbean cruise, and specifically at St. Kitts. Being born and raised on the island, he's incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of St. Kitts. He easily answered all of our questions, informing us of so many things we knew nothing about. He had valuable and fun information to share about everything we passed by. Tatem was very welcoming and friendly, drove very professionally and safely, and spoke very clearly, and was easy to understand. He is very proud of his home country, and it shines through in his enthusiasm of his tour. Tatem's tour of St. Kitts/Nevis was truly one of the highlights of our cruise, and is an EXCELLENT 5 stars/5 stars experience (no exaggeration!). Choose Tatem for your tour of St.Kitts and Nevis. Apart from the scenery we were treated to lots of history and facts about St Kitts. It was a real pleasure to have him as our driver and guide. Highly recommended.

5.00Highly recommended. We really enjoyed our tour with the lovely Toussaint Tatem. He was very informative, explaining to us all the history of St Kitts as we visited everything we wanted to see in great comfort. He gave us the time to enjoy the stops and historical sites. We really enjoyed our private tour. He was also most helpful helping us to catch the ferry to Nevis and dropped us off at the ferry port.

3.00Tatum never showed. Without communication a very nice lady met us outside cruise terminal and took care of us and we loved her tour. BUT..... The problem is I asked for 2 things before booking. One was the van needed air conditioning. Tatum advised 2x the van had a/c but the lady who Tatem passed us off to did NOT have a/c.
Definitely reach out to Tatem! Wonderful tour

5.00This is our second time that we were so lucky to take a tour with Tatem's Taxi and Tours! Both times were such a great tour and so much fun! Toussaint is a super great guide, very kind and patient. We were on a cruise ship both times when we were in St. Kitts, so our time was limited. We told Tatem's tours what we wanted to see and we were more than pleased as to where and what we got to see in our time frame. On our second time back the following year we got to go and see the places and things we didn't get to see the first time. If you get the chance take Tatem's Taxi and Tours when you are in St. Kitts, you won't be dissapointed! I promise!
