What To Expect
Isla Coronado
Coronado Island is a protected area where you will find flora and fauna of the region. The trip starts at the marina, going though the Sea of Cortez. With a little of luck, you will find a lot of dolphins, turtles and blanket rays swimming near the boat. Then you will find a lot of rock formations, birds and a sea lion colony where you can snorkel. Then, when you get into the island you can start with a walk where you will find beautiful views. After that you can enjoy the beach or go into the sea to snorkel near the rocks. A beautiful trip that you can not miss.

5.00We had an excellent experience. We were the only couple on the tour and it felt special for us. Our guide took us to a small beach where we were the only couple. We swam with sea lions and saw a jug pod of 30+ dolphins.

5.00This excursion took the #1 spot out of all my cruise excursions in my history of cruising. We had an amazing tour guide with his son & amazing small group of people to go with it! Hundreds of dolphins and sea lions around us. Amazing videos & photos! Fantastic lunch and drinks provided plus a private beach which we spent extra time on for snorkeling, swimming and just to enjoy the sun! Great time to be alive I won't ever forget Coronados!! Five stars all the way!!

5.00We had a blast on this tour!! The wildlife and scenery was amazing!! I also loved that our Captain was respectful of the wildlife we saw. There were other boats where the captain was running through pods of dolphins at full speed so a tourist could make a video. Our Captain said that that kind of thing is illegal! The time on the beach will go down in history for me. We met some great people, there were a total of 6 of us. The tequila and beer were quite enjoyable. The beach chairs, shade tent and towels were greatly appreciated as well. Lunch was very simple. A bean and a beef burrito and chips. I would highly recommend this tour!

5.00Wonderful experience touring the island. The guide was fun and knowledgeable and pointed out several points of interest. We saw dolphins, sea lions and many different bird species. The guacamole served at lunch was delicious.

5.00Very nice tour. According to the description a boat with a maximum of 16 people, my wife and I had a private tour. Very nice boat driver, food (a light lunch & drinks) for stopping on the beach on Isla Coronaados were available, as were 2 beach chairs, sunshade and a folding table. On the recommendation of the boatmaster we went for the stop on the small beach of the island and not on the large main beach. dreamlike and no other day guests beside us. As we sat on the beach blue whales appeared on the sea right in front of us. The island with all the natural beauties and animals is really a "must see". The boatmaster was relaxed and fulfilled all our wishes. We saw dolphins, sea lions and a lot of seabirds. Finally we had a little whalewatching tour with humpback whales and blue whales.
