Operating Schedule:You can hop on and off from our Paris Red Route tour from 10 different stops. Buses run every 10-20 minutes. Tune in to our pre-recorded commentary, available in 9 languages via complimentary headphones. Red Route Tour strats from Stop 1 at 09.45am and the last tour from Stop 1 is 17.30pm. Customers are advised to visit our website or download our app to find out more about updated service information. Your River cruise tickets will be provided by a Big Bus agent when boarding on the bus they will then tell you where to board.

Route Confusing & Ends at 5:30 Daily NOT 24 hours as described

1.00The bus route showed stop 6 at a museum on the way to stop 7. What it didn’t explain is that the bus would once again stop at location 6 on the way back between stops 9 & 10. This was confusing and unfortunately caused us to mistakenly get off at 6 thinking it was 10, since we had just stopped at 9. Plus our bus driver spoke ZERO ENGLISH. Then we were stranded for 30+ minutes at the stop. Also the trip advisor site explains that the thames boat ends at 9:30 which was a complete optional add on charge, It doesn’t mention an end time for the tour bus. So at quick glance you see “route ends at 9:30”. One would assume that was for the excursion/tour you were purchasing, not an add on. What i found out after downloading the big bus app is that their buses stop running at 5:30. What is supposed to be a 24 hour bus ride is actually only 8. That absolutely messed up our evening plans of seeing the eiffel tower close up at night and we were in the city for only 1 night. VERY UPSETTING.

5.00Excellent value for money. Saw every important landmark of Paris at a relaxed pace. Hopped off a few times to see the sights up closer and hardly any waiting time for the next bus to arrive. Polite and helpful drivers too.

2.00There was very little information given on the bus tour itself, with most of the time taken up by annoying, repetitive music. We were hoping for a lot more facts and interesting information about the area, but left very underwhelmed. Very disappointing.
