5.00Really good experience, staff were available everywhere to help. You just change your voucher for tickets at any location. The cruise is also a great addition, and the arc de triumph climb is also a must

5.00Great way to see main points of the city. Times are not always accurate for pick up, but have patience and enjoy the ride.

3.00Nothing wrong with the tour package. But going around Paris in a bus is not ideal at all. Too much traffic, too noisy and uncomfortable. Way better to stick to Paris metro

2.00Bus did not stop @ Louvre but 3 blocks away! Also it is difficult to find pickup spots. Your ads show 2 loops, now only one!

1.00Cannot access the boat tour tickets I paid for in combination. I am in the Big Bus Tour app and selected the available date and time and tapped confirm multiple times and the app will not give me the tickets. I went to the ticket window of the boat tour and they said to contact Big Bus Tour. I cannot contact Bog Bus Tour customer Service!!! :(
