• Great tour on Big Bus Singapore

  We love Big Bus tours! We take them in every city we can, and Big Bus Singapore did not disappoint. We got to see much of the city-state in a shorter amount of time. I love the commentary and two-route option. If you’d like to cover a lot of ground, this is a great option for sight-seeing and learning about Singapore.

• Too much waiting at bus stops

  We had to wait over 40 mins for the first bus, there is no update on arrival time. Then we paid for a taxi to get the capt cook boat because the website the sailing times were 10am and 12:15 as the first bus took so long we couldn’t risk getting the bus we paid over$20 to find there was no 10am ferry we had to wait for the 11am. This then cut short or blue line trip to bondi again we had to wait 40 minutes which meant we couldn’t get off at bondi as it was the last bus. So in all we wasted 2 hours 20 waiting at bus stops when we could have been enjoying the sights

  We would suggest clearer signage at pick up Points. We were not alone in trying to find them. Especially when we were there during the Grand Prix when many areas were blocked.

  Bus routes good. Bus stops could be better marked. Easy to find if you have the app, but if you don’t have the app they are hard to find.

  We booked the 2 day tour plus the night tour. So far rain has prevented us from going until mid afternoon. The bus has an audio that explains where you are and the area you are in. It is well done. The night tour has a live guide and Alfie was great. He did a great job explaining Singapore and it's sights while explaining what venues we were going to, how to enjoy them and the rules to follow. Very entertaining. My only recommendation so far is the booking says you can hop on any of the stops but I could not find where the stops were to hop on. We walked 2 km to the main location as this is the only address given. When we rode the bus the stop is 2 blocks from our hotel. Even if the web address was given on the booking instead if warnings about going to the wrong site it could have saved us alot of steps.
