  What an amazing experience. I couldn't believe how many animals we saw and that they were up close! Tour guide Paul was very knowledgable. We enjoyed the show, the train ride and the self guided tour. Getting picked up and dropped off at our hotel lobby was a bonus.

  I feel the animals were quite enclosed. The amount of visitors is just awful for them poor animals. There was Constant people 7 days a week. Just not. Nice

• Do it yourself not worth the money for the tour

  I would like to start by saying the park was fantastic and the guide was doing her best. Unfortunately paying what we did and having to stand in line for almost an hour I could have done the whole tour cheaper by just paying myself. It did state that we would not have to stand in line and then rhe poor guide who was also under this impression then had very unhappy people. As I said the park was amazing but the tour company is what let down the tour. My advice is if you don’t mind standing in line pay for things yourself

  We were very dissatisfied we waited for 1/2 hour for people to arrive so by the time we got to zoo we just made the show it was 7.20 picked up at 6.00 then was told straight to then night tram ride which wasn’t to busy that was 50/50 I expected more . Then got told we could do a walk after but only have time to get a quick drink then back on bus didn’t get to do anything really cost was to much for what it was luckily we eat before going as there wasn’t time for that . Then put on a bus and before our stop the guide had hoped off which left us with the driver and then after the person before us got off was asked were where we being dropped and his was not happy at all very poor and he drive very aggressively not safe . If I could get a refund I would .

  I would like to take this time to say that our tour guide was absolutely brilliant at her job. She made us all feel so welcome and she had a wealth of knowledge was awesome, the night Zoo experience was great with a lot of information and seeing the animals in their areas that were open was great I would 100% recommend this tour to all
