  Breakfast with the Orangutan’s was great and the zoo was good. The reason I gave 2 stars for this experience was all around the transport. You can buy the tickets for breakfast directly from the zoo and its cheaper and then you can arrange your own way there via train and free bus or Grab. This offer did hotel transfers and purchased the tickets all in one, so it was just supposed to be easier. We were supposed to be picked up at our hotel, but the afternoon before the trip the tour operator left a message with our hotel telling us to go to another hotel for pickup across town. We tried to contact them when we got the message to confirm the change, but they didn’t respond. It took us 30 min on train and walking to get to the other hotel and we waited there for 15 min past pickup time then tried to call the operator with no repsonse. We then called Viator who got hold of the operator and they were at our hotel waiting for us. They the came to the hotel we were at and said it was an error by an intern telling us to come to the other hotel. With all the stuffing around we would have been better off getting ourselves to the zoo.

  The tour guide never showed up for pick up. Claimed my booking was make too late the day before and they didn’t realise and at this stage I have not received my refund for missing the experience.

  Overall experience of the actual zoo was wonderful. However the breakfast with the orangutans was a let down. The food was of low standard and it was cold. It felt a very rushed experience with limited time. We also felt that the advertisement was mis leading due to the fact that we thought that it would be a more personal experience with the orangutans.

  So excited to visit Zoo but was not picked up. Could not make contact with Tour operator. The contact person I got was very helpful and a full refund is being given.

  Breakfast with the orangutans was great but the sea lion show was even better. The whole zoo is amazing. Our pick up and drop off went smoothly as well.
