The trip was excellent. From Michelle who communicated all the details to Mike who operated the tour, fantastic. Mike’s knowledge and passion for giving people the best experience truly made it memorable! Thank you.

This experience gives you goose bumps. When your there you can't believe it. The animals we seen were amazing The organisation has everything planned well. The buffet lunch was delicious and plenty of food. You must book. It's worth every cent and much better value than a cruise deal.

Great trip - drive through the mountains and Hex Valley with stunning scenery. Knowledgeable and friendly guide (Chesney) and excellent driver (Thomas). Game reserve driver also very knowledgeable and courteous. Rhino, hippos, lions, buffalo, giraffes and elephants all easy to see and drive close to.

We were collected early from our hotel and spent an informative ride straight to the winery as the pass was closed. The winery tasting was brilliant and I tasted the best fizzy wine I’ve ever had. We got to Aquilla running a little late so the buffet lunch was a bit rushed and there wasn’t much opportunity to do it justice. I was a little disappointed with the “safari” as it was literally a series of vehicles following each other to strategic spots where the animals were and felt more like an outdoor zoo. Highlight was the lion and lionesses, but even these were in a separate enclosure within the bigger enclosure. On the way back again as the pass was closed we stopped at a service station for a comfort break which wasn’t on my Cape Town bingo card to do! It’s a good tour but not a great one.

Was first safari and went smooth. Squeezed it in from my cruise ship to a flight leaving that night. They worked with me on the logistics and cost was very reasonable. Tour guide and host Mr. Werner were excellent and very knowledgeable of the safati and surrounding area in africa and cape town. Got to see most of the big 5. Hippos come out early morning and late. Leopards are sporadic but otherwise most available. If the private tour is available I would recommend it. Its more intimate, you can ask questions, great views and sometimes closer views, more space, and more. Larger groups are still good and slightly cheaper but prefer private especially if you have a structured schedule. Buffet was really good as well. Everyone was friendly and worked with me on time so I made my flight. Also very safe. I was concerned due to activities in south Africa and also being military myself. All went smooth with no issues. I took my luggage with me and they looked after it while I took the safari. Left early, made safari which lasted about 2.5 hours and was early for flight check in. Highly recommend.

Our pickup/transfer was earlier (which was great). Werner (the driver) was an absolute joy. We had a delightful ride to the reserve with two stops. The winery was wonderful! Highly recommend to plan this excursion. during the week (which we did), because there aren’t larger crowds. The safari itself was fantastic. If you can splurge to the private tour. Our tour guide/ranger was Percy, was phenomenal. We learned so many new things about the animals and history of the preserve. Of course there are no guarantees that you’ll see the big five, but we were fortunate enough to see them all and more! We all tired on our way back and slept most of the way. Be patient with the operator before going on your trip, there is the fee for the reservation/ transfer then there is a link you’ll receive through the operator from the reserve to pay for your entrance fee/lunch/ etc on the reserve. Highly recommend this company!!!!

We had practically vip service going to the reserve with Mike Klerck. Very informative, gave every details and treated us like royalty. The reserve was great too. But may be best to stay overnight to see all big 5

All I can say is you will love every minute of this tour. Werner is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, funny and makes every moment of the trip unbelievable! All in all I would 100% recommend this to a friend or family member as getting a great wine tasting and then seeing these beautiful animals in their natural habitat is something that shouldn’t be left out! Thank you again for a great trip, we can’t wait to be back on another one of your tours!
