Journey off the beaten path and into one of the most breathtakingly beautiful neighborhoods in the world. We'll meet in the old-monied Pacific Heights, home to tech moguls, political leaders, and even the princess of Genovia. I'll point out some of the mansions of "Billionaire Row" and take you down one of SF's signature, secret stairways. We’ll traverse the remains of the 1915 World's Fair and end at Marina Yacht Harbor.
Learn the history of San Francisco's most exclusive neighborhood, it's residents, and the lasting impact of the Gold Rush and 1906 Earthquake and Fire.
This tour is perfect for the photographer in all of us - with intricate Victorian architecture, manicured gardens, and magical views.
San Francisco's weather can be unpredictable, so layers are always recommended. We run rain or shine! Our route is mostly downhill but does include 332 steps, so not ideal for large strollers or walkers.

A well-spent two hours tour and eye-opening insights into the rich and wealthy land owners of San Francisco. We had Eric, as my guide and he was passionate in his sharing about his upbringing and childhood in San Francisco. The houses that we visited were impressive, full of grandeur and $$$$$$, along Billionaires Row. We also visited the Star Wars Museum and ended the tour, at the magnificent Palace of Fine Arts 😍👍 As I walked by foot to my next destination, I discovered and found some beautiful cactus cum flowers that I have never seen before! Beauty and Mother Nature are even more wondrous, when bloom at their glory 🌞🌻

Unbeknownst to me SFO had only one runway working at the time I was scheduling my solo trip to San Fran so my tight schedule got blown up by the delays. I had given myself plenty of time to fly in, get to my hotel and then do the Billionaire Row and Palace of Fine Art Walking Tour. Knowing I was going to be late coming in, I called the number I had to ask if I could do the tour the next day. I left a message and within minutes the wonderful Eric Curry gave me a call. He graciously said that it was no problem and we could do the tour the next morning and if no one signed up between now and then– well- it would be a private one! And it was. It was one of the best parts of my stay. The tour is amazing not only on an architectural and historical perspective but to learn the history and some of the goings on in these homes is really interesting. Eric has a great knowledge and a great enthusiasm. He is very kind, very considerate and has a keen insight on the subject matter. The Billionaire Row and Palace of Fine Art Walking Tour is a must when visiting.

Eric is an excellent and enthousiastic guide, he clearly loves the city. Took his time to show us around some places we wouldnt have discovered on our own and told interesting facts about what we got to see.
