This whole experience was a waste of time and money. The organization was poor. The bioluminescence could only be seen for a few moments under a tarp. The water was gross and ruined our clothes. At one point, they had us slather bug repellent all over our bodies. There was an older man that was pumping the bottle, then covering his groin and up under his shorts and underwear with the repellent, then proceeding to touch the bottles and get more repellent. Slathering himself inappropriately. The location the vendor sent out was about a 1/4 of a mile away from where the meetup point was, and we nearly missed the tour to begin with - in hindsight I wish we had. They allowed children to pilot kayaks alone, which lead to the kids crashing into others and crossing paths with the other kayakers. Instead of providing a lanyard or dry bag, phones were taken and you could not take pictures. The bathrooms used for multiple companies and had 10+ people in line at all times.

Wonderfully run with knowledgeable and friendly staff! They did a good job of keeping a big group together and educating everyone on the unique and beautiful bay. Even though the bay wasn’t as brilliant as it can be in some conditions, it was truly spectacular and memorable. Highly recommend.

Such a cool experience with great guides. Miquel, Daniel and Chris were knowledgeable and patient with kayakers. Brian did a great job greeting us. It was cool to see the bioluminescence but even the kayak through the mangroves was great! A must do in Puerto Rico

It was ALOT to kayak going up stream but we did it, easier going back! Felt safe and staff was engaged. Only tour that our guide provided a little psychoeducation on the stars using a light - as it was so beautiful! Provided places to put your things prior, take pics sending it to you for free, and bug spray. You will be wet, bring a change of clothes! Would recommend this company.

The guides were great. Not much bio glow to be seen which they had emailed us about a few days beforehand. They should emphasize a change of clothes and bringing water shoes. You will walk through about 3 feet of water to get in and out of the kayaks. Bring towels and a change of clothes.
