Over crowded, chaotic and not worth it. If you would like to kayak in the dark with 100s of other people who also don’t know how to kayak just to wave your hand in the water for a few minutes and see it glow, this tour is for you.

This experience was AMAZING. The staff was exceptional. Lori greeted us and answered all of our pre-trip questions. Miguel was our lead guide and did an excellent job making sure we were prepared and educated about our surroundings. Brian, Francisco, and Inez were additional guides and they were all very personable and knowledgeable as well. The team worked well together to make sure we all made it through safely. Now, for the actual excursion. We were provided with a place to keep our belongings, that was supervised by Lori. We were given bug spray if we needed it. The expectations were clearly explained by the team. They let us know that conditions would cause the bioluminescence to be low and strong currents on the way back to the land. We also were in the 6pm tour so it was still a little light out, which also impacted the brightness. However, Miguel and the team still provided an excellent experience and I was still amazed at the outcome of the glow. They also provide complimentary pictures as well. This tour was worth every penny. Thank you so much to the staff. I would absolutely book with this company in the future.

We did the bio bay tour for a bachelorette trip and we had a great time! The guides were great, and we had an awesome time with Lori, Brian, Miguel, Ineliz, and Francisco. The bay wasn’t super luminescent during our trip but they still made it an enjoyable and informative experience.

Had great tour guides! Lori, Miguel, Ineliz, and Francisco were super knowledgeable about the biodiversity and kayaking. They made us feel welcome and comfortable jumping into this experience. Additionally, they were funny and personable, and really seemed like they wanted to make this a memorable experience for everyone. Seeing the bioluminescence was so magical!!! Thankfully, we got to see a bright reaction with the plankton and so far is the highlight of our trip!
