Important schedule recommendation: If you already have same-day ferry or flight tickets returning to mainland Puerto Rico, we strongly recommend booking the first available kayak tour to allow enough time for your return trip. Tourists visiting Vieques must have a round-trip ferry ticket to Puerto Rico. Tropical Reef Watersport does not provide tickets, but we assist groups of 8 or more with return ferry arrangements

Tropical were very professional and friendly - communication with me before the tour and how they conducted the tour itself. William was a fantastic guide and ensured that everyone had a safe and enjoyable experience. He explained everything clearly. Sooooo glad I did this tour 😃

5.00This experience was unique my family enjoyed it from the time we arrived. We got on the bus and then arrived at the bay and the staff was very attentive from the driver to the guide Danny. Thank you to Tropical Reef for making our vacation unique. Both in the bay and in the Jetsky. I recommend them 100%.

1.00Nobody showed up. We went to the meeting point and we also searched the company name and went to a different location down the street. Double checked our time and date and we were there when we were supposed to be. No cancel notification or anything, just nobody there.
Tour was great, and so were the guides! Very cool experience.

2.00The bay is incredible and worth seeing. Unfortunately, the guide lacked knowledge and was not engaging, the staff uninterested, and the tour poorly organized.

2.00The bioluminescence bay is an incredible natural phenomenon and absolutely worth experiencing at least once—seeing the water light up is truly unique and memorable. However, I would strongly recommend choosing a different tour provider to fully enjoy it. The staff came across as uninterested and not particularly helpful, which set a disappointing tone from the start. The biggest letdown was the guide, who seemed to rely on only a handful of basic facts about the bioluminescence and didn’t offer much depth or engagement. Overall, the tour felt poorly organized and lacked clear structure, which took away from what should have been a truly memorable experience.
