The most fun part was kayaking at night through the lagoon. We loved it! The guides were good. Make sure to wear water shoes as you have to walk out to the kayaks.

Wear water shoes - try to go when it’s a sunny day & low moon light! But if not it’s a great experience either way! Great people !

The actual experience of the bioluminescence was cool. We weren’t prepared for the long van ride with no real explanation of where we were going or what it was about. A little explanation on the van ride would have been helpful. There were 19 tandem kayaks in our group and only about 6 of them really knew how to kayak, making the kayaking less than ideal. We were picked up at 5:45 and got back at 11:45, longer than we expected. Communication could have been better.

First time kayakers BEWARE this is not geared for inexperienced paddlers- darkness limits vision snd there are many low tree branches to avoid to not get hit in face

The guides were excellent and patient with us with regard to our kayaking skills. Well worth the price. The commute was longer than we anticipated.

Our group went on the Bioluminescent Bay Kayak Adventure, and while we didn’t get to see the super vivid bioluminescence due to all the rain and weather, kayaking at night was such a cool and unique experience! The water was warm, the location was dark (obviously), and it was amazing to try something none of us had done before. The guides were fantastic — patient, helpful, and attentive, especially with my friends who weren’t confident kayakers. They even provided a tarp so we could huddle comfortably and see the bioluminescent glow better. Snacks and water were provided at the end, which was a nice touch. Transportation to and from the site was smooth, though our tour van had a small issue that caused a 30–45 minute delay. It wasn’t a big deal since we still enjoyed ourselves. If we did it again, we might Uber there and back for more flexibility. Overall, the crew was friendly, prepared, and helpful, and the experience of night kayaking in this magical location made it worthwhile — even without the full bioluminescent effect(:

Worst waste of money. There was barely any bio illumination whatsoever. No glass bottom boat. You can only swim 15 minutes. The guide ( Justin) didn’t let you take pictures at all and was a real peach if you know what I mean. Total waste of money . I had a rental so I drove directly and at $194 for 3 people, it was “still” not worth it and a waste of money . No water glowed in the dark or lit up , excuse or reason given, the moon is too bright . The date was 1/27/26 . It wasn’t even 1/2 a moon. ( that is a complete misuse of Advertising saying that it’s 9 hours!! They don’t even let you swim in the ocean but 15-20 min)

Very unusual experience! In spite of not being able to see at night and kayaking through narrow water lanes and bumping into many mangroves and getting whacked a few times with another kayaker’s paddle, it was somewhat entertaining and cool. Enjoyed seeing the star-filled skies and the bioluminescent waters. The tour guides were very friendly and helped as much as they could. Would like to go during the day!
