Thoroughly enjoyed our boat trip, was a great way to see the blue lagoon, Camino and Gozo. It can be a bit busy so would recommend getting there early to get a bed on the top deck. We wish we had slightly more time on Gozo, would recommend getting Gozo shuttle bus offered by the boat.

This was a 10/10 experience. Everything from the sights to Kevin's music playlist made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. The blue lagoon was perfect we avoided any crowds and at one point was the only ones in the water, perfect! The Gozo shuttle was brilliant and gave us over 2 hours to explore and see the Citadel, even time for a drink or two. Thank you to the team as it was and all round brilliant trip. Saħħa tajba to all the crew.

* This is more of a relaxing cruise with limited sightseeing. If you’re more interested in seeing landmarks, I’d definitely recommend the bus tour—it’s only five euros, but note that you need to have cash. * Depending on when you go, being out on the open water can get quite cold and windy, so dress accordingly. * The speedboat truly lives up to its name—it goes extremely fast and plays very loud music. Be prepared to get splashed and possibly experience temporary ringing in your ears. If you’re not into intense, rough rides, you may want to skip it. * The pineapple drink wasn’t worth it in my opinion, even though it seems to be a major selling point of the tour. * The organization of the buses could definitely be improved. * Some of the basic staff can come across as short and dismissive, lacking a customer service mindset. * There’s no guidance once you get off the bus during the bus tour, and the time is very limited. It’s best to plan ahead and prioritize what you want to see. * A big plus: they are extremely punctual. They run on a very tight schedule and will leave without you if you’re late. For example, they can only remain stationary in port for about five minutes, so boarding and exiting must be done quickly. * A note for the tour organizers: the toilets need more frequent cleaning, as they become very dirty over time. The bus tour organization could also be improved, and staff should be more attentive and consistent. At times, they dismiss questions, change instructions abruptly, and give conflicting directions, which affects the overall customer experience.

I want to leave a review about the excellent customer service we received. After arriving to our activity my husband and I quickly realized we would be with about 100 very loud and obnoxious teenagers. Definitely not the crowd or experience we were expecting. We mentioned this to the tour guide and let her know that we felt uncomfortable and like were crashing their party. She was very kind and understanding and explained it is normally not like this but this happened to be a very rare occurrence. She knew we would be absolutely miserable on this boat and offered to refund us. We ended up going a completely different route. Even though we were disappointed about the adventure not working out, the day was still great.

One of the best tours on Malta! You get to see both the ocean and they take you to the 2nd island. Our ship captain Kevin was very fun knowledgeable about both islands. Kevin took the time and talk with me about the country and wha to see. If you do take the boat ride make sure Kevin is your captain he I’ll make this experience so much better.

I really enjoyed our day visiting the islands of Comino and Gozo with Hornblower Cruises. Kevin and the crew are really friendly and helpful, giving lots of interesting information throughout the trip. If you opt to go to Gozo, you get about 90 minutes at Comino beforehand to either swim around Blue Lagoon or wander the island. Hornblower comes equipped with a slide if you fancy taking a dip. If not, you can walk around the island taking in the flora and fauna. The jetty at Comino does get busy with other boat passengers and the numerous stalls can take away from the isle’s beauty. If you go to Gozo, you have the choice of getting a shuttle bus to Victoria as an extra, which I’d highly recommend. You get about 2 hours in Victoria before you need to head back. Just enough time to grab some lunch and walk around the town/citadel. Prices for food and drinks onboard are reasonable so we didn’t feel like we had to bring snacks with us. As others have pointed out, if you want a rooftop seat get to the dock early but I didn’t feel like we missed out not having one.

Poor communication, no tour company name so not sure what to look for upon arrival, and lack of important information in the listing like how early they allow people to board the boat and that you need to go online to get a ticket to get off the boat at blue lagoon.
