  We was taking care by Javerson, very nice and caring. Im in a wheelchair and I was ready to have my wheelchair in front of me and he help me put it in the back. Converting the back seat in a platform. We had a blast that day our whole family. Thanks Javerson you make the difference.

  The golf carts were very easy to find the person running the bmc golf cart area was friendly and prompt when telling us about the golf cart and the island. We drove all the way to the lighthouse and the beach and then filled the yak back up and it only cost us $6! Definitely recommend.

  The location listed is not correct and takes you well out of your way. However the people overseeing the golf carts were friendly. You do need to fill up with gas, at about $20 a gallon.

  The BMC team was extremely unprofessional. My group rented four vehicles (3 - six passenger & 1 - four passenger vehicle). None of the vehicles were available upon arrival, and it took over 1.5 hrs for us to just get 2 of the 4 vehicles. The vehicles gas gauges didn't work, and the check-in/check out process was extremely unorganized. We eventually, called friends to help transport us to the beach after BMC was unable to provide an estimated delivery time of our other 2 vehicles. BMC eventually delivered our other 2 vehicles to the beach per our request around 1pm est (vehicles should've been ready at 8:00am). The biggest surprise of the day came when one the BMC representatives ask me about the availability of my niece! I couldn't believe what I was hearing!! I along with my friend both told the representative to start with getting our vehicles and gas! The representative had the nerve to ask again after dropping off our other two vehicles at 1pm. I told him to stay away from pur group, do not approach my niece, and go kick rocks!

  The staff was so helpful. Golf cart was ready for me. All I had to do was showing booking info and I was given a map and sent on my way. We were sitting on side of road getting a drink and a worker came by and stopped and made sure we were ok. I was leery about booking outside cruise line and I was wrong. This was amazing. Book them for your golf cart. Don’t think twice.

  We visited grand Turk in March 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed our golf cart rental. We were able to get to all of the beaches we wanted to see, as well as the lighthouse, and saw wild donkeys literally everywhere. The cart was modern and in good condition. The attendant was very friendly. The reason for four stars is that it is a bit of a walk to reach the area where the carts are kept… Just outside of the main gate to the port. It takes about 10 minutes brisk walk to reach. We asked about getting to the lighthouse and they did provide a map, but said not to worry, it was a small island and we would not get lost. Well, we got lost. It IS a small island, but most of the streets are unmarked with names. The map didn’t help much and It is a bit of a guessing game (even with the map) as to where you are going. We backtracked several times trying to find the lighthouse and a grocery store. We weren’t the only ones… We saw several other carts getting lost trying to find lighthouse as well. It’s not a big deal because you can always see the water and get back to the port, but just to be aware. Lastly, there is NO WAY to lock up any of your items. No locking boxes or cubbies to place things in while you pop in somewhere, so keep that in mind.

  You had to walk a little further than the rest but was much less expensive for the same thing. The golf cart works fine and was great to have for the day at a lower price than the shop offered.

• This is a scam! No one shows up when you rent that golf cart

  They never showed up! We waited two hours by the golf carts and the person to give a golf cart never showed up! There was about 10 groups that were they’re waiting as well. There was another company in the same parking lot, who said that the guy who was supposed to show up was out drinking the night before and they’ve been trying to call him and he never answered. I tried to reach the company and no one ever answered. We ended up paying double the prize and went with another company and never got our money back for this golf cart rental..
