We were only ones on our tour so glad Trevor Hudlin operated it as some companies would have cancelled. Trevor was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. When you arrive at tour, they take you into a bar where you are offered shots or other beverages. Jamaican shot is $10 and you keep glass. They light it on fire….it will burn going down….. Then you are offered chips and hot sauce. Also offered to purchase bottle of sauce for $5. Some musicians performed Bob Marley songs. This was a nice surprise and they were good! Tip basket on stage and you are encouraged to show appreciation. You’ll be asked to purchase candle to light….$1 each. Gift shop there as well. Plus a little hut where you can purchase “extras”. Tip for guide encouraged too. Seeing Bob Marley’s single bed that he wrote about in a song and sitting on his rock where he meditated and composed music was a special experience. Guide will tell you what parts of tour you can photograph and what you can’t. Saw his resting place and paid respects. It was a cultural experience but bring cash.

Trevor Hudlin was awesome. First, he was the only operator will to take just me up to nine mile. So it was just he and I in his very clean and new van for the trip. We chatted like old friends and he shared with me his extensive knowledge of Falmouth and Jamaica on the way up making sure I didn’t miss a thing, except the pot holes. Trevor has a PhD in driving - pot hole dodging. When we go there he bought my ticket and helped me find my guide and then waited for me until I was finished. We took a different route on the way back and we stopped at a jerk chicken place and we had lunch together, chatting away about all kinds of things. Before he dropped me off he took me out of the way to see Usain Bolt’s high school which was a thrill for me. A great day and I consider Trevor a friend that I will contact whenever I’m in Jamaica. I would absolutely recommend that when you visit, don’t take any chances, ask for Trevor Hudlin Tours.
