1.00I have a charge of €110 on my credit card for a visit (Villa Borghese) that was canceled without my being informed. On the day of the visit, even though I had purchased the tickets the day before with VIATOR, I had to wait in line and purchase them again. I have contacted the tour operator, Italian Holidays, multiple times, who sold me the tickets without ever confirming that the charge on my credit card would not go through. I found myself being taken for a ride not only by a charge for services not rendered but also by the fact that the tour operator charges €55 for a visit that only costs €18.
