  I booked for 8 adults and 2 children daily ticks for Sunday 12/04. When we arrived the operator explained that due to the Bratislava Marathon, there would be road closures, so the bus would only take one full circle and that they would refund us the difference btw the daily ticket (we bought) and the single ride. Until today 23/04, i didn't get any refund, any email or any other communication. I even conducted through a written request and i didn't get any response. I want to say that the operators were polite, and clearly explained to us that it was a last minute thing for them also.

  We paid €50 for 2 adults and booking confirmation advised we would have 30mins at Slavin (we had 10mins) 1hour at castle (we were given 5-10mins) 1hour at UFO observation deck with free admission (didn’t even stop) 20mins at blue church (we had 5mins) - total disgrace. Reason given was due to the weather. It was an absolute glorious day without a cloud in the sky so not sure why this meant we were not given the experience we paid for.

  I suspect the value of the bus tour can only be as good as the things you have to show people. Not the greatest bus tour we have taken and I give it a 3/5 because of what there is to see, nothing against the actual bus, company or operator

  In September 2025 I recorded a 1-star rating. I have now adapted these to 2-stars as follows: My messages and calls to the official WhatsApp number, my normal call attempts and my 2 complaint emails were never answered. Only after I left a 1-star review on Google Maps, the owner responded with a reply to my review, apologized and refunded me the 50 euros for the 2 tickets. Thank you for that. Original review: We booked the day ticket for 25 euros per person. We were informed on the same day that the bus leaves every 30 minutes and stops at the agreed stations if you want to get on or off during the day. Unfortunately we waited for over an hour at the UFO tower during operating hours but no bus showed up. We also wrote to the provider via WhatsApp AND also telephoned him to see if we were right and when the next bus was coming. No response or reaction! After another 30 minutes we are on foot. A week later, I wrote two complaint emails. No reaction again. It is extremely frustrating and the company at first glance great, but completely unreliable.

  Very nice tour with small buses. Super family flair. For larger groups rather difficult because some buses only hold 6-7 people. Driver Marusch was especially nice and helpful.

  It wasn’t really a hop on and off bus, only 3 stops to hop off and get back on. Small buses with limited seating. The audio was on portable speakers or your phone, so hard to hear if multiple languages are playing. Drive too fast to take any pictures.

  We have seen all the attractions of the City also the Slavin Memorial very far from the Center. An "all day tour" with a sustainable vehicle.

  It was a great experience, I recommend going on this bus. Marosh is an excellent tour guide who explains a lot more than is on the map and he goes extra slow when it’s time to take a picture. Fantastic!

  Loved this bus tour! Super easy way to see all the main sights without stressing about transport. The unobstructed views and breeze on the bus was amazing on a hot August day, the audio guide had great little stories about the city’s history. Totally worth it!
