If you have a partner to learn with, we offer a “bring a friend” discount. 1 instructor to be shared between the both of you. This is a great way to learn in the beginning as you get to learn faster by changing your scope of vision when you switch the kite back and forth frequently. Perfect for couples, or parent child experiences!
Students must be at similar skill levels and ideally no more than a 50lb weight difference between students.

What To Expect
Learn to kiteboard! This is a private group and so you must provide a minimum of 2 people in your party. Can be any skill level, but the two people should be at the same skill level as you are sharing the lesson.
What‘s Included
Includes the use of all the kiteboarding equipment during the lesson.
Does not include transportation to the teaching site, Long Bay Beach.

5.00We booked wingfoil lessons with Mati at Kite Provo and couldn’t be happier. Mati is a fantastic instructor: calm, extremely patient, and genuinely skilled at breaking things down step-by-step so you make progress without feeling rushed. He was also very flexible, adapting the lesson plan to the conditions and to our level, which made the whole experience feel personalized rather than “one size fits all.” Kite Provo was also great to deal with overall. They were very responsive, super honest, and straightforward about what was realistic for us to achieve. The equipment was high-quality and well maintained, which made a big difference for confidence and safety. If you’re considering learning wingfoiling or leveling up, I can only recommend them. Huge thanks to Mati. My brother and I are leaving with real skills and a clear plan to keep improving.

5.00This was our first time kiteboarding and we had a great time. Mark (from Denmark) was super patient and a great instructor. Because the wind was a bit iffy, Mark extended our time to almost 4 hours. Definitely need more than 1 lesson to get proficient, but we plan to take another lesson when we return. Thanks KiteProvo!

5.00I spent a week with Kite Provo and made significant progress in my kiteboarding skills. Before the trip, I couldn’t ride on the board for long periods or go upwind. After taking six lessons with Mati, I can now ride over 300 km and have learned how to carve the board to ride upwind. Mati is an experienced instructor who truly cares about my learning and safety and celebrates my progress. He’s positive, encouraging, and friendly. The other two instructors were also great and very welcoming. If I return to Turks and Caicos, I’ll definitely take lessons with Kite Provo again. I only wish I had an extra week to learn even more about riding upwind!

5.00Fun, fun, fun! Marc was an excellent instructor. Chilled, precise, easy to follow his directions and made it fun all the way. He has us hooked and we will be back! Only suggestion: if you are two people and have the time, book two separate 2hr private lessons. Same price as the 3hr bring a friend which only gives you 1.5 hrs shared time p.p.

5.00Mark was a fantastic instructor. He was very patient and did an excellent job explaining how to do everything and most importantly what I was doing wrong. I highly recommend the lesson and in particular Mark as an instructor. It was a great experience. I’d live to try it again!!

4.00I did a 5 hour package . The first day was 2 hours independent Instruction which was great . After 25 min on beach setting up you get a jet ski ride out far from land but still chest deep water which is so awesome in itself . I got a lot of feedback and assistance the first day to fly the kite , relaunch it with assist and then trial of getting up ( assist with kite ) which I did a few times but couldn’t stay up. The next day the instructor stayed mostly on the jet ski. I was taken even further out and practiced flying the kite and get pulled around as I couldn’t quite touch which was alot of fun. I tried to get on the board myself and control the kite which I couldn’t . I let the instructor know it wasn’t going to work . He helped me a few times . I figured out that I could get on the board and then launch the kite myself with many failed attempts but some good ones. I achieved one full ride up for a bit . I would suggest that the instructor not use the jet ski until the student can get up themselves. It’s very difficult to hear instruction when they are not beside you. I will say I did learn how to launch the kite and untangle the kite myself by the end and could even get up by myself unconventionally . I definitely would want to take more lessons. It’s the perfect place to learn. I had to leave the next day. I’ll have to return for more lessons !!! I think if I had more assistance in the water the second day I would have had more successful rides. TCI is beautiful !!! We will be back
