1.00This was not a good experience, we did manage ge to locate the starting point of Vienna Gate. Sign posts to the location were non existent. We tried thr link we were given to the app for help but it did not recognise our booking reference so we never .managed to use the walking audio guide. It was a waste of money!

At the time of purchase it was not clear if the inputs were included and the information received was initially inaccurate. It is necessary to specify better that the visit of the interior of the castle and the church is not planned.

3.00We did not know we had to download another app to experience the tour. We only found out once we arrived at the “meeting” point. All this messing around with the visitor app and the other app wasted a lot of time.

1.00Took Uber to recommend starting point. Could not download the app needed for this self directed tour. It was 97 degree. After trying to make things work for 25 minutes we gave up and caught a bus back to our hotel. Total waste of time and money

2.00AUDIO GUIDE ACCESS PROBLEMS - Despite having followed the instructions to the letter and even after contacting via wapp Viator we were unable to access the audio guide. Viator did not solve the pb but only sent us back to TouringBee who only solved it after several hours when we had already finished our tour. NOT RECOMMENDED
