Great walking tour! Our guide, George, did an excellent job bringing the city's history to life with fascinating stories and little details your wouldn't pick up on your own. The pace was perfect, and it really helped us understand the culture and background of the area. What made the tour especially helpful were all the practical tips along the way. We got great recommendations for local food and restaurants, plus advice on where to exchange money and other helpful spots around the city. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to learn more about the city while also picking up great suggestions for the rest of your stay!

There was 18 in my group. George was a lovely knowledgeable likeable person. He walked slowly enough for everyone and gave insights into each destination we stopped or simply passed by. The hours passed very quickly. The fee was minimal €4 so tips are appreciated but not expected or demanded in any way. I would 100% recommend this tour and George! Yes you might walk past some sights but not know what they are! Also he gave recommendations on places to eat and national foods to try out. Myself and husband had a very enjoyable morning. Book it! Well worth it!

Lots of walking and talking. We are older and got tired mid-tour. Pleasant walking downtown area. Bad weather would spoil the excursion. Started late and was a little disorganized.

Excellent orientation and historical tour of Bucharest. Scheduling soon after arrival is ideal. Takes place on the Pest side of the river. Covers major landmarks and 1000 years of high level history with fascinating anecdotes. Atilla was engaging and very knowledgeable about the history of Hungary and beyond. Gorgeous city. Not to be missed. Plan to tip 5-10 Euro (or equivalent in local currency) pp.
