Our guide Attila was fantastic. Extremely hard working, he went over time to show us everything. We learnt a lot about the very sad history of Hungary and saw a beautiful city. Much better than we expected. Don't ont forget to carry your id.

Our guide, Atilla, was really friendly and had a good depth of knowledge about Budapest. The walking tour was interesting and provided several ideas of other things to do during our time there

The guide was very knowledgeable but the whole experience was uncomfortable. There was a photographer with the guide who appeared to spend the entire tour taking photographs and videos of the participants. My wife had to challenge him because it was making us feel so uncomfortable. We did not know at first but we became aware that he was a photographer engaged by the tour provider. There had, however, been no initial explanation or request for permission. This inappropriate behavior also unsettled other people on the tour too. It dampened the experience. A message to the tour provider - You did not seek our permission to take photographs of us. We do not consent to you using any of the hundreds of photographs and videos taken of us for marketing purposes.

We arrived 10 minutes early as requested, but our guide Victoria arrived late and didn't apologise. Her knowledge of the history of Budapest was interesting. Though as the tour progressed she showed a lot of pessimism towards the present state of the country (its lazy youths!) And also shared some negative experiences of her personal life, which made us feel uncomfortable. There was also a sexualised joke about the language, which we felt was inappropriate. This pessimistic tone continued throughout until the tour ended 15 minutes later than expected. Maybe we just caught her on a bad day? Others seem to enjoy the tour...

We loved our tour with Victoria! She kept the tour interesting by adding humor into her stories. We learned a lot about Budapest, from the landmarks to day to day life. Victoria was friendly in answering our many questions, and she was very helpful in pointing out photo spots, as well as warning us whenever we were about to enter a pickpocket zone!

As a couple of tourist who didn't know anything about Budapest (and Hungary), Victoria was a great guide to introduce us to the city. She was very knowledgeable, providing insightful answers to the questions we have. She also wraps up the politics of the region in a fun and entertaining way, from the era of communism to current affairs. We very much enjoyed the tour, and highly recommend Victoria as a guide if you're interested beyond the touristy spots
