1.00There were very clear instructions in the listing about where to meet (on the Buda side of the river at dock M+H). I arrived to this point and there was no boat there and none ever arrived. I requested a refund and this was denied. Very disappointed in this whole experience and the company operating this boat (if the boat actually exists).

1.00When we got to the dock to take our evening cruise it was unloading passengers who were totally drunk under age 30. The line waiting to get on was the same age group and very loud. We spoke to people who were taking the cruise boat out. They would not return our money. We are retired couples on a Viking River cruise. The cruise we booked was changed to another vendor. We had no way of knowing this was not same cruise as we were promised. I WANT A REFUND!!!!! We have used Viatour in the US and other countries and been very pleased. We were very shocked at finding this level of a cruise ie booze cruise.
Don’t go for the Prosecco or spritz.

3.00Of course the sail along the river was spectacular & the staff were very good. The boat left early and so wasn’t quite a sunset cruise & the watered down premixed spritz was disappointing.

5.00Brilliant river cruise. Free flowing prosecco. We did this with friends on a Saturday evening as the sun set. Not overcrowded. Arrive early as it's not easy to determine which pier you need (instructions poor).
