5.00Excellent experience and overall value for money. Really enjoyed the relaxing trip. We found a nice table and just sat watching the sites, with a glass in hand. Just make sure you work out where the pickup point is before the day as it wasn’t straightforward and lots of people were running as late. Definitely do it again. Staff were great as well.

5.00I surprised my husband with this cruise and from start to finish it was fantastic, would definitely recommend .The staff were incredible you do get unlimited Prosecco and the audio to explain the scenery was great and very informative , we felt relaxed the whole trip and the boat was lovely too ( Ludwig) our friends are coming in the summer so will let them know about this trip and excellent service ..

5.00Had a really great time! The boat is super nice, and the unlimited drinks were a big plus—good quality Prosecco and beer. The staff were awesome too, always coming around to top up our glasses.

5.00Great experience on the river, we went on the 7:15 cruise and enjoyed seeing the sights at night whilst staying warm, good fun with other groups that were on the cruise too, plenty of drinks and musics to enjoy!

1.00Saw a boat guest put their head under the still water container and drink from it rather than use their issued glass. This is where everyone else from the boat was getting their still water from. Staff were around this area to witness.
