4.00The view from Burji Khalifa in the evening is fantastic. But after 1.5 hours in the queue between so many people and sometimes very bad air, was a patience test! On the way down, people were even more impatient and pushed themselves very cheekily until a guide finally stepped in! Wouldn't I do it again, maybe during the day is not such a crowd!

1.00Upon arrival, the voucher is not valid and no booking has been made by the intermediary. That's why we couldn't go upstairs. Phone number and WhatsApp not reachable. And money gone. Incidentally, seen on the spot that the tickets are much cheaper.

5.00We were booked at 7am which was perfect as we were in and out before the buses and buses of visitors. No lines or crowds, so we could easily be close to the glass/perspex to see the view and take photos. It was a bit hazy, but I think that is probably normal. View was spectacular.

5.00Fabulous Experience. From start to finish. Highly recommend. Everything as usual in Dubai is well organised.lift to the top Smooth and fast and wow the views spectacular. We went at sunset which was fabulous and you can see the water fountain show from here too.

5.00Amazing Experience at Burj Khalifa! I visited the Burj Khalifa in the morning, and it was the perfect time to go — not too crowded, so I could really enjoy the view without any rush. The booking process was smooth and easy. Just a note for others: you need to use the ticket that is sent by the supplier via email, not the confirmation email from Viator that you receive right after booking. Make sure to check your inbox for the actual tickets before you go.

1.00The confirmation VOUCHER had not been received by burj khalifa. And they wouldn’t accept my email confirmation or ticket bar code. I was not allowed entrance. Very frustrating experience. I had to purchase tickets directly. I’m hoping for a full refund.

1.00I got 2 tickets for a trip up the Burj Khalifa. When I got to the counter I was refused entry because of the tickets Viator had sent me. The barcode would not work. I got in touch with Viator and was refused a refund for some reason. I am absolutely disgusted with the way this has been dealt with so far. I have had a reply to say we can not give you a refund but no explanation. I will never book anything through Viator again.

1.00It's not very good because you buy a ticket with specifed time and then have to queue up for 1 hour then 10 minutes is long enough too take pictures but then another 1 hour queue too get back down so lots of time wasted in queue even with a time specified on the ticket
