Victoria, the capital of British Columbia, is located on gorgeous Vancouver Island and is considered one of the world’s most beautiful cities. It is famous for the historic Empress Hotel, the Parliament buildings and beautiful Butchart Gardens. Upon leaving Vancouver, you will take a scenic ferry ride from the Vancouver mainland through the Gulf Islands to Swartz Bay on Vancouver Island. From here, you will have a driving tour to Victoria, and of Victoria’s downtown area featuring the Inner Harbour, The Fairmont Empress Hotel, Mile 0 and the historic Chinatown. There will be free time to explore downtown Victoria at your own pace. Then on to the internationally renowned Butchart Gardens. Today the garden showcases 55 acres of themed garden displays, including a Japanese Garden, Italian Garden and Rose Garden. Wind down your day with the scenic return sailing aboard BC Ferries and then back to where your tour began.

Canada Place
Please meet us at Canada Place for a fun-filled daytrip to Victoria. Your bus and tour guide will be waiting for you.
A 45 minute drive from downtown Vancouver to the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. While we are waiting to get on the ferry, enjoy the little ferry terminal market.

5.00Gardens were spectacular, Victoria was fun & beautiful. Our guide Byron was absolutely great, knowledgeable, funny, & provided excellent recommendation for restaurants & things to do. Loved that we were on a tour but had our own free time to spend it how we wanted!

5.00Victoria and Bouchard Gardens are both beautiful places and worth the visit. We stopped for in a lovely little town, Sidney, for a few minutes by the sea. Bernie, our tour guide was caring, informative, and funny. It is a whole day trip but the time is well spent even on the ferry ride.

5.00We had a very long, but brilliant day with our guide Bernie…. Ferry to Vancouver Island, spent time in Victoria, Butchart Gardens and Sidney Pier seeing 2 Bald Eagles. Bernie was very informative and interesting and the places we visited were just amazing. Would definitely recommend this tour to get the most from Vancouver Island.
Long but worthy tour highly recommended if you have the time when in Vancouver!

5.00This was a very long day but well worth it! Byron our driver and tour guide was excellent providing commentary along the route. It was Victoria Day weekend so there were many people on the ferry and in town as well. He structured the tour so that we hit Victoria first before all the crowds and the restaurants got crowded. We visited the magnificent Butchart Gardens later in the day when the crowds were gone and lucky for us the rain stopped as well. It was a long day 13 1/2 hours but very well spent and Byron dropped us off at our hotels. Glad we took this tour and. Byron was a great tour guide and driver as well….. Highly recommend this tour.

5.00We had the best day with Byron as our tour guide.Because of his wide knowledge of the area tour sites the traffic,itienary we had seemless day beating all the crowds and the best because of that we had a lot of time before getting back to the ferry were Byron gave us a look at other places we wouldnt have seen.It was such a great day we will never forget beautiful Victoria and the Buchard gardens are amazing Thank you again Byron we hope to get to Canada again . 5.00Byron was our tour guide and he was exceptional!! Very knowledgeable and ensured we got the best possible experience. We could tell he really enjoys his job as a tour guide. Victoria is such a charming place to visit, and the Butchart Gardens are like nine we have ever seen. Absolutely stunning!!! A must see.

5.00We enjoyed the pace of this day. You get free time to wander and see what you want to see not only in Victoria but also the gardens. Our tour guide Byron was great! He gave great information and with lots of awesome tips for choices of places to eat, see and explore. He was especially accommodating to my husband’s needs as my hubby couldn’t walk as well as others, due to health issues. He also planned to visit Bouchard Gardens when the weather was the best and the least crowded. We can tell he really enjoyed his job. Our only complaint was we learned we could have had a hotel pickup in the morning . (This was never offered to us) so we had to take a cab to the meeting place. Turns out another couple was picked up at our exact hotel! Bryson was gracious enough to take us back to our hotel after the day was over.

5.00And beautiful day trip with lots of variety. First by bus through Vancouver, then by ferry between the islands and again by bus across Vancouver Island. Byron was an enthusiastic guide, who told a lot and also made nice detours, also in Victoria. He knows the island well. Victoria is a beautiful, cosy and compact city. The Butchard gardens are beautifully landscaped. A beautiful long day with beautiful memories. F&M

5.00A fantastic day! Our guide, Byron, was both knowledgeable and funny! He had a wealth of information about the area and the beautiful plants we saw. His industry experience provided us with an expertly timed day! He knew not to head straight to the gardens because all of the other tours do that, so we went to Victoria first and did the gardens in the afternoon. It was pure genius! There were NO people at the gardens when we were there! Also the small group size of this tour (15) was fabulous. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!
