  While the tour was good, Albania is just not ready for tourism yet. Traffic in Sarande was horrendous and several colleagues almost missed the second part of their tour due to traffic delays

  We were lucky enough to have a private tour with Tony. He picked us up at our hotel and our first stop was Butrint (this was to get ahead of the crowds). His knowledge of the site was extensive, answered all our questions. Then we went to Ksamil and had a drink at a local restaurant. Beautiful views and beaches. Our last stop was Lekursi Castle (or as we were told - Lekursi Fortification). Tony gave us a good understanding of Albanian history and today’s challenges. Wonderful experience.

  This excursion was absolutely outstanding and one of the highlights of our trip. Our guide, Toni, was truly exceptional — I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. His knowledge, energy, and passion for Albania made every moment engaging and memorable. He shared so much detailed information throughout the day and did an amazing job focusing our group on the most meaningful and important sights along the way. A special thank you also goes to Arian, Toni’s father, who drove a separate car for us so we could avoid getting car sick in the back of the van. That was such a thoughtful and unexpected accommodation that really showed how much they care about their guests’ comfort. Even though we didn’t speak Italian or Greek well enough to truly converse with him, he was warm, kind, and an absolute delight to be around. He was also an incredibly safe driver, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One of the best surprises of the day was that Toni even took us to see the Blue Eye, which wasn’t originally on the itinerary. Along the route, it seemed like he knew everyone — his connections and local insight added such an authentic and personal touch to the tour. If you are visiting Sarandë, do yourself a favor and book this tour — and if possible, ask for Toni. Thanks to Toni and Arian, our visit to Albania became an experience we will never forget.

  Had an incredibly fun, educational and fascinating day with our guide Toni. Our tour started with Toni offering us coffee in the morning to start the day. Then on to the sights offered in the tour. Toni was high energy and enthusiastic. He had strong command of the English language and was easy to understand. He was clear about our goals for each stop and how much time we had for each, but was also flexible in adjusting the tour. We were on a cruise and we spent the entire day with him and three other cruise couples. Toni was very aware of our departure time and made sure we maximized the day but still got back at the perfect time to get back to the ship. Toni’s van was clean and comfortable and we were all laughing and having an enjoyable time during snd between sights. . As someone who was born and raised in Serandë, Toni offered fascinating insights into the history of the area and Albania, including the struggle against the communist regime. Toni seemed to know everyone at all the sights and made sure we had the best spots for pictures and avoid large tourist groups. We would absolutely book with Toni again and I highly recommend him over other tour options.

  Such a well thought out out tour.Perfect for those on a cruise.A lot cheaper than on board excursions.The tour operator was excellent and very aware of the need for us to be back at port on time.Very informative and thoroughly enjoyed.

  Great day, to do absolutely! We had a great day with Atlas Tour around Saranda. Everything was very well organized, we just had to enjoy from start to finish. A huge thank you to our guide Toni, really exceptional. He speaks several languages (English,, Italian, Greek and Basic French) and shares his historical knowledge with passion for his region. What we particularly appreciated are the little extras that make all the difference: Toni doesn’t hesitate to leave the course along the way to show us unexpected views or places. It shares with pleasure additional places, outside of the classic tours, that are not necessarily found with other guides of the region. The visits were great: the Syri i Kaltër is impressive, Butrint is exciting, and a big crush for the Venetian castle in the Butrint lagoon, a more discreet place that is definitely worth a visit. Very good atmosphere all day, professional guide, passionate and attentive. We definitely recommend — and thanks again to Toni for this great experience!

  The tour was truly all inclusive and well organized from start to finish. We explored some stunning locations outside the city that I wouldn’t have discovered on my own. The guides were friendly and clearly knowledgeable about the area. Everything ran smoothly, which made the whole experience both relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality and memorable tour.
