5.00I foolishly forgot that the ticket was no digital and boarded PeruRail (which is amazing) to machu Picchu only to realize as the train pulled off as other passengers looked over their paperwork that I had left my ticket in the hotel. Luckily PeruRail staff told me not to worry and to just contact the Tour Operator. Which I did via there provided number. I sent them a frantic message on WhatsApp and they quickly responded and forward me a pdf copy of my ticket which the staff of PeruRail were able to print once we arrived at the base of Machu Picchu. Great speedy and attentive service by the Tour Operator! Greatly appreciated!
