Hotel Pickup and Check-In You will be picked up from your hotel approximately 50 minutes before the tour. Arrive at our designated location and proceed with check-in. Receive instructions, equipment, and safety measures for the upcoming adventure.

5.00So much fun. All the guides are great. Remember to bring cash for gratuity. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone. Not suitable for young kids. But I can definitely see older kids really enjoying this.

3.00It was chaotic in the beginning due to Pablo( the cash register rep) being all over the place. The experience was fine but Pablo need to work on his customer service skills or get a new job! He was very rude to me and one of his peers! Do better because customer service can make or break a company. Other than that, you would have gotten 4 stars from me but I had to get you with 3

1.00I paid over $800 for the 3 of us to drive. We had a large group that booked over 7 months prior. They gave our ATVs to some other people that showed up the day of. and I was unable to drive. Don't use this group. There are others in the area.

5.00The entire tour was incredible! Our tour guide, Alberto was the cherry on top. He made the tour so much fun! The hotel pick up was convenient, the staff was so much fun and the ATV rides was an unforgettable experience. The views were absolutely beautiful. And they took wonderful pictures of my spouse and I. We will definitely come again.
