Hotel Pickup and Check-In You will be picked up from your hotel approximately 50 minutes before the tour. Arrive at our designated location and proceed with check-in. Receive instructions, equipment, and safety measures for the upcoming adventure.

The tour is very good and our tour guide Jose was excellent! We had a lot of fun and the tour took us along the beach and up a dried riverbed. What soured the whole experience was the purchase of an expensive photo package that i never received. Many emails and messages sent but I have still not received anything. I would skip this part of the experience if you are planning to go.

It was a great time. The route took us along the beach and you could see people riding both horses and camels. Prepare to get dusty. Our guide was fun and personable.

So much fun. All the guides are great. Remember to bring cash for gratuity. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone. Not suitable for young kids. But I can definitely see older kids really enjoying this.

It was chaotic in the beginning due to Pablo( the cash register rep) being all over the place. The experience was fine but Pablo need to work on his customer service skills or get a new job! He was very rude to me and one of his peers! Do better because customer service can make or break a company. Other than that, you would have gotten 4 stars from me but I had to get you with 3

This was so much fun and the staff, especially Alberto and Jose was super helpful and friendly. We had an amazing time and would recommend this and do it again too!
