On this fun, educational 90-minute tour, guests learn craft spirits production, experience a guided tasting of our tequila & raicilla and enjoy a full meal from our open-fire kitchen.

The Adult Ticket includes the entire tour and tasting experience, 2 Cachasol Cocktails, and full meal. Additional cocktails available for purchase.
The Youth Ticket is for kids who want to join their parents or adults who prefer not to drink alcohol. It does not include the tasting experience or alcohol, but guests can join for the full tour & education.
Children under 10 can join you for the meal at no charge and they can have fun on our swing set and jungle gym.

What To Expect
Set across six acres of agaves, gardens, and thoughtfully crafted rustic-luxury architecture, Cachasol Farm Distillery is a coastal retreat designed for discovery. Hand-built structures, open-air spaces, stone paths, and native landscaping blend seamlessly into the land, creating a setting that feels both immersive & grounded. This 90-minute guided experience unfolds across the property, offering a relaxed yet deeply engaging introduction to tequila, raicilla and open-fire cooking. Guests are encouraged to linger, explore, and take it all in—with few ever wanting to leave.
What‘s Included
In addition to the Raicilla & Tequila tasting 'Cata', the tour includes 2 Premium Cocktails. The Youth ticket does not include alcohol or the tasting 'Cata'.
A full meal is included in the experience with plenty of options for vegetarians, meat eaters and dairy free.

5.00The place is soooo beautiful, and great for both adults and kids! Honestly one of my fave distillery tours! The tour was really engaging and educational, and the tequila was A++. Also they really undersell how generous the food is! We were not expecting a full food pairing and the quality was TOP NOTCH! If you decide to uber there from Sayulita, call it well ahead of time or schedule your pick up! It took about 15-20 min to call an uber but we had no issues :)

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful grounds and breathtaking ambience. The raicilla distillery and tequila tour was both educational and fun, and the tasting experience was exceptional. Making our own cocktails added a playful and interactive twist. The authentic Mexican cooking class was a true highlight — fresh guacamole, handmade tortillas, and delicious traditional dishes prepared step by step. Everything tasted incredible! The staff were outstanding: knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their hospitality made the entire experience feel warm, welcoming, and special. Between the amazing food, stunning setting, and unforgettable activities, Cachasol delivered a perfect day. Highly, highly recommend! 🌞🍹🌮

5.00Really fun experience and very educational. Monty was a great host, very engaging and knowledgeable. The entire site has a really cool vibe, a must visit if in Sayulita. Food was delicious and a variety of drinks to try - there is something for everyone.

5.00Such a beautiful space! We loved the cocktails, and it was fascinating to learn about the tequila and raicilla-making process. The evening included a tequila tasting paired with thoughtfully selected food, and we also learned how to properly taste and recognize high-quality spirits. Truly eye-opening—maybe even life-changing 😂. Amazing people doing an incredible job!

5.00Our visit to Cachasol was a highlight of our entire week in Mexico. We were welcomed & treated like family from the moment we arrived. Greeted with delicious cocktails, introductions, and a little history before the tour began. Monty & his colleagues are all just so wonderful. We got meet the distiller, taste roasted agave, and learn about tequila & raicilla. From there, we had spirits tastings paired with delicious bites then a full-blown, home-cooked meal with another, amazing cocktail of our choosing. I work in the beverage industry and have easily done over 100s of distillery, brewery, winery, etc. tours, but this takes the cake!

5.00A truly great experience. My whole group agreed we were glad that we got a little bit further out for this tour. The tour guide, Jose Luis, was welcoming and informative. The process he outlined was really interesting. The tasting was well-guided and paired with excellent cactus salad and ceviche. That and a dinner after were all made right there on the farm. 10/10 recommend.
