Lung Ngoc Hoang Forest – Nature & History Tour from Can Tho Pick-up At 8:00 AM or 1:30 PM, an English-speaking driver will collect you from your hotel in Can Tho. Lung Ngoc Hoang Wetland Only 1 hour away, this 2,800-hectare hidden reserve is a quiet haven for nature lovers and one of the Mekong Delta’s best-kept secrets. What You’ll Experience • Boat ride through untouched canals covered in water hyacinth and water lettuce, surrounded by lush wetland forest. • Panoramic views from the 25 m watchtower overlooking forests, rice fields and wetlands. • Birdwatching with thousands of birds in flight and the sounds of nature all around. • Optional 1.4 km nature walk or return by boat if you prefer not to trek. Heritage Tree & History Visit the ancient ficus tree once used by Viet Cong soldiers, and hear stories from the wartime Mekong region. Return Back to Can Tho around 12:30 PM or 6:00 PM (timing may vary slightly).

Sweet trip but noisy boat motor shutting out all nature sounds. Rained heavily which dampened the trip in every way and couldn’t do nature walk. Nice tour guide

Very good experience! I highly recommend. The boat tour allows you to discover another part of the Mekong. The viewpoint allows you to be high up and take beautiful photos

A great experience with a boat trip where the boatman gives you a lot of data about fauna of the area. He strives to see everything and understand it through translator and everything. Highly recommended.

A highly recommended and enjoyable activity. Nick will do everything possible to answer your questions and explain everything. Try to get to the Noodle Factory and the Reserve before everyone else, and you'll practically alone. TAM is the best driver and photographer on the reserve; if you can, go with him. You'll also have a good laugh making a campfire and eating duck eggs with shots of wine.

Booked the tour for me and 3 of my friends and it was one of our favourite activities whilst travelling so far! From the beginning the company and our tour guide Cris were communicative and right on time for pick up. Every place we visited we got plenty of information and lots of photos. Despite the heavy rain the flooded forest nature reserve was gorgeous and the bird life was great. Being a smaller tour group of 6 was also really nice to get to know others and our very friendly tour guide who also gave us dinner recommendations for our return. Would recommend the tour for any group or solo!

Yeah, good! We loved our ride with Mint and Nick. Mint’s organization was impeccable, everything went perfectly. Nick was an exceptional guide, listening to our desires and always ready to share his knowledge. The program was varied, exciting, and allowed us to discover the Mekong Delta in all its facets. I recommend 100%!
