What To Expect

This activity is 4 hours of unforgettable descend to the waterfalls, through the canyon Sopho in the village near Batumi. We start the tour from Batumi, driving towards the mountains of Ajara. Right after 20 minutes of driving, we will get to the starting location of canyoning. Afterwards, we will have a short walk and soon start the canyoning activity. After passing through the canyon we drive back to Batumi. The tour will take 4 - 5 hours overall. All necessary equipment and snacks will be provided.

My first time canyoning and it was absolutely unforgettable! Full of adrenaline, both mentally and physically challenging — but incredibly rewarding. Rappelling down waterfalls was a totally new and thrilling experience for me. Our two guides were amazing — so kind, helpful, and made me feel safe the entire time. We did the activity as a group of 5 friends. It completely met expectations. It was great. Some had no experience with rappelling at all, but the guides explained everything, so we felt very safe. The activity is challenging, but it's even better if you manage to do it. Thank you very much

Today I booked the Canyoning tour with Pin Georgia tours, the guides George and Vakho were fantastic. I highly reccomend booking this experience with Pin Georgia tours ! If only I had more time In this country I would happily be booking some of the other hiking tours with this company. The canyon they took us to was extremely fun to desend on the ropes , the highest waterfall being 40m was a great day out. The guides ensured that the guests safety was absolutely top notch ! clear instruction and advise at each stage within the canyon ! The tour was very easy to book, Great communication from George to coordinate pick up and details for the tour, Company was spot on for pick up time, at completion we were offered tea/ coffee what was a great way to warm up a little after being in the water for most of the day !
