The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Pricing is per vehicle per transfer with maximum 7 guests
Complimentary transfers are offerred from selected City Centre based Hotels.
Surcharge will apply should your collection be outside of the City Centre area.
Collection times are based on flight information received and whether it is during peak or off peak traffic.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Cape Town Hotel details. You will be required to call the supplier 48 hours prior directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up times and places. It's that easy! Don't forget to book your Cape Town Airport Arrival Transfer. At time of booking, YOU MUST include the following flight and hotel details: • Airline • Flight Number • Departing City/Arrival City • Departure Time • Hotel Name • Hotel Address

3.00Our pick up time from Southern Sun Cullinan was at 11am. We were in the lobby at 10:30am. At 11am, I went out twice to check if our transfer/driver has arrived but in vain. At 11:10am, I ask the receptionist to contact the company. I was informed that the driver is already in the hotel. After leaving the reception area, I saw a man talking with my husband.
