  Once in a lifetime experience. Pick up right on time. Be punctual. Otherwise, you may miss the sunrise. Coffee and juice and snacks are served on arrival. Champagne and juice are served after the balloon landes

  First time to book a hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia and enjoyed the whole experience! Our pilot was Mehmet. We were picked up by him close to 6 am. They were on time, maybe even a little earlier so make sure to be on time for your pick up! (Also as a courtesy to everyone else getting picked up at the other hotels). It was a snowy day so make sure to wear proper gear. You do have to wait about 20-30 minutes as they set up the balloons & I feel like they wait to go up a little later so that there are more balloons up in the air. They provide some snacks and drinks while you wait. The whole balloon ride felt very safe. This company knows what they’re doing & is trustworthy and reputable (even our hotel receptionist mentioned they’re a good one to do hot air balloon rides with!) I loved celebrating at the end of the ride after landing with some champagne that they provide (they had some juice for those who don’t drink, thought that was considerate of them!) Overall, it was such a memorable experience. Highly recommend booking with them!

  Best experience during my holiday. Pick up and drop of back to hotel - on time . Breakfast provided by the company. The pilot Selçuk and co - Ibrahim very professional, knowledgeable and funny . 100% recommend

  we visited in november 2024 first week. we were picked from our hotel in Goreme at 6.15 am. the van was full of other tourists. after a 1 hour drive we reached the balloon area. we were offered tea and snacks. the standing arrangement in balloon was well planned without crowding it too much and properly allocating the quadrants familywise/groupwise. the filght captain was experienced and manouvered the balloon well ocassionally taking it close to small hills. the views were good, the weather pleasant and the experience was worth it. afterwards wine and snacks were offered again, certificates to each individual. we returned to our hotel at about 9 am, in time to be ready for our booked tour at 10.00 am !!!
