5.00We loved our full day snorkeling tour with Ridge and Reef so much that we also booked this tour. It was another wonderful day. Our driver, Tyreek, was incredibly informative, and he had a great personality. The zip lining adventure staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Tyreek knew so much about Belize and shared a ton with us as he guided us through the forest and cave. Again, Ovel coordinated a wonderful day of learning about Belize while having lots of fun. I would highly recommend this tour!!!!

5.00We came to Belize for the first time, and Ridge and Reef took very good care of us! Ovel was organized, personable, and made sure the trip was enjoyable for us. Tariq guided us through the caves and to the caves while providing a running commentary of the history and beauty of Belize, including the Mayan culture. He took us to hell and back...in the best way! The Zipline crew was also to notch. Both Perfulio and Ian took us through all 7 lines and we felt very safe. It all ended with a great meal that was included. You won't find a better company to work with in Belize.
Cancelled us in less than 12 hours from start time!

3.00We booked this two weeks ahead and the confirmation clearly stated it could be cancelled if more people didn't book it. We were notified less than 12 hours from start time that it was cancelled. I happened to check my email at 9pm the night before to see the email that had just been sent that it was cancelled. We were expected to be at the dock at 6:45am the following morning. If I hadn't checked my email, we would have been at the dock for a cancelled trip. With such late notice, we also couldn't book a replacement trip. In my opinion that notice timeframe was completely insufficient and I was very frustrated.

3.00To start, the company should be very clear about the amount of travel time required for this trip. A 90-minute ferry ride and 1 hr car ride minimum each way!! So much time wasted in transport. Zip lining was quick and average. The restaurant we were supposed to go to for lunch ended up being closed and we wasted more time figuring out lunch. Lunch was tasty and was an authentic Belizean meal. The cave tubing was very fun, however we left too late and ended up missing the ferry. We had to wait around 1 hour for the last ferry. It was Easter, restaurants were not open, and alcohol was not being served. Overall, seems like they have great potential, but definitely have some organizational things to work on.

5.00The staff at Ridge and Reef Adventures made our entire day run smoothly! We were staying in San Pedro and their help with transportation made everything easy. Tarik was an amazing guide and taught us so many cool things about the jungle and cave systems. Lunch was fantastic too! We loved this excursion!

4.00The tour operator and Mr Tarique was great. The only part I didn’t enjoy was the very long way to get to Belize City from San Pedro. Spent 11 hours door to door that day but only approx 2 hours of it was the activity. The rest was spent commuting to and from which I knew in advance. Recommend doing this via flight rather than water taxi. Very good experience with both ziplining and cave tubing. Great guides.
Perfect exciting and educational day-long adventure for family with teenagers.

5.00We had an amazing family adventure and learned so much about Belize from our awesome guide, Norman! From meeting us at the boat dock and throughout the whole day, we felt very taken-care of. The cave tubing was truly a unique experience.
