We had an awesome experience on our cave tubing excursion. We came on a cruise ship and the guides met us promptly at the meeting point. They were very well organized.! Our guides Naz , Cardinal, Fab were incredible. They provided us a lot of information about the culture and life in Belize on the ride to and from the caves. On the short 15 minute easy walk to the caves they showed us a lot of the local flora and fauna! It was very cool! They were super knowledgeable and worked hard to make our tubing experience awesome. The caves were nothing short of magnificent. Highly recommend these guides and this tour!

This company met us right outside the port. We took a comfortable minibus with A/C and drove 60 minutes to the location. We received our life jackets and hard hats and walked for about 30 minutes through the forest, which was beautiful, to the cave. Wear sandals or Crocs, not flip-flops. You have to traverse a shallow river to get to the cave. The water is somewhat fast but there is a rope across the river you hold onto. The tubes at the cave were very comfortable. They had mesh bottoms and headrests. They were tethered together so you didn’t have to do any steering – the guide did everything. The cave was beautiful and it was very relaxing. At the end we got out and swam in the river which was refreshing. We had a great time. They had bathrooms, showers, and changing rooms at the location for those who wanted to change out of their wet clothes. Then it was an hour drive back to the port. Overall, we enjoyed the tour and loved the caves, although they were a bit far away from the port.

It was amazing! The tour guides, Kadeem, Abner and Nas, were amazing. Kadeem was a wealth of information and Nas provided great instructions on next steps. The tour itself was just beautiful.

We enjoyed our cave tubing excursion with Naz who served as our driver and guide through the caves. He was so friendly and personable, sharing his knowledge of the island and culture during the lengthy drive to the caves, making it pleasurable. When at the sites, he showed us interesting plant and animal life and shared local lore. The trip through the caves was beautiful and relaxing (Naz did all the work while we lounged and enjoyed the ride). We were the only 2 in our group, unlike some of the other tours with large groups, and we had a great adventure that felt personalized. Would highly recommend!

This was our favourite excursion on our cruise last week. Pick up at the cruise port was easy. We had a bit of a wait once we got there but it wasn't too long. Our tour guide, Fab, was very friendly and had lots of information about the area on the drive there and throughout the tubing. He genuinely seems to love what he is doing. Once we got there, we could rent crocs for our feet for a couple of bucks. There were clean bathrooms and change rooms. It was incredible to go into the caves and do some swimming and exploring. We were part of a small group and even though there was other groups there, it didn't feel overcrowded. My kids loved that we were able to get out of the tubes and explore the caves and do some swimming and jumping into the water. It was a pretty amazing day! Thank you!

Site directed me to this excursion based on the cruise (Norwegian) I was on. It was impossible to take this tour because it was hours by boat to get there and the tour operator knew it! I had an email (that was flagged as junk) notifying me the evening before to tell me I couldn't take it. Tour Operator told me to get refund from booking agent, which was Viator. Viator stated tour operator denied refund. Both knew it was impossible for us to take the tour, yet they took the booking and money and refused a refund. That is stealing. Also experience review won't allow certain words to warn others.
